一、教材分析：

本课为新标准英语三年级起点第五册第八模块第一课时，本模块的主题是school. 本单元主要语言功能是描述学校生活。本课时学习一般现在时：What time does your school start? What time do you get up? 通过玲玲向Amy提出的“What time …”

“Do you …”等问题，学习如何询问有关学校的情况。

二、教学对象分析：

五年级学生具有一定的英语语言基础，现阶段学生需要学习如何搜索语篇中的信息，学会在语篇中理解词句，并锻炼写的能力。

三、教学设计理念

小学英语注重培养学生的语感。语感的形成需要整体的语境。所以本课让学生在整体中感知语言，在整体中学习语言，最后创设语境和任务，让学生运用语言。

四、教学目标

知识目标：do exercises, playground, before, skip, coffee, tea 语言目标：能够运用一般现在时描述与学校生活相关的表达：I get up at half past seven.

情感目标：

合理安排学习和生活，学会自立、自律。

[设计意图]: chant可以让孩子们直接激活他们已学的知识，感受到学习的乐趣及学习后达到某中成功的愉快，而我这种自编的chant由于其节奏感强，朗朗上口，所以深受学生们喜爱，能达到寓教于乐的教学目的。

[设计意图]:

课堂的提问和学生的回答是师生间交流的重要方式。提问可以启发学生的学习兴趣，鼓励学生积极参加课堂活动，引导学生积极思维，调动他们学习的积极性和主动性；另外，教师通过提问，可以了解学生对所教内容是否理解，理解的程度如何，从而对症下药，提高教学效果。提问还可以创造大量的课堂实践机会，有利于学生复习所学的语言材料。
