一、教学目标

(一)知识目标

1、掌握并巩固身体部位的词汇:head/arm/hand/leg/foot等以及运用句型:This is +人称物主代词+身体部位名词。

2、能够口头运用“This is his.../Point to your...”这些重点句型练习身体的相应部位。

(二)能力目标

培养学生的听、说、读、做的能力,以及综合运用语言的能力,从而达到自由交流的目的。

(三)情感目标

激发和培养学生学英语的兴趣,使其主动参与课堂实践活动,从而培养学生合作意识,同时也增强学生对动物的热爱。

二、教学重难点

重点:让学生熟练使用“This is +人称物主代词+身体部位名词”的句型对某人(物)进行介绍。

难点:学生实际运用所学的语言知识。

三、教学方法

实物直观教学法、TPR活动教学法、愉快游戏教学法

五、教学过程

Step1:Warming up 1. Greetings. T: Class begins. Good morning, boys and girls. Ss: Good morning! T: How are you today? Ss: I’m fine, thank you. And how are you ?

T:I’m fine too, thank you. Sit down, please. 2.

Let’s chant.

T: Take out your fingers, let’s point.(教师说口令,学生根据口令做相关动作。)

Point to the door/ window/ chair/ desk/ pen [设计意图:伴随着轻松音乐,通过师生相互的问候和吟唱歌谣等热身活动迅速地引导学生走进英语世界,营造一个良好的用英语的氛围,为新课的教学做好铺垫。] Step 2: Presentation Learning new words and sentences. 1、his的教学

教师拿起自己的书、钢笔等说:This is my book. This is my pen. T:

who can introduce your anything? S1:This is my pencil.(举起自己的铅笔)

T:

This is his pencil. S2:

This is my pen.(举起自己的钢笔)

T:

This is his/her pen. 引出单词his/her的教学

T:

You’re very good!

2、身体部位单词的教学

T: Look at my body.引出单词body 的教学。

T: This is my head . This is my arm

. This is my hand. 3、Let’s see Panda’s body ,ok?

出示课件,引出head, arm, hand, leg, foot单词的教学。

T: Who is he?

Ss: He is Panpan.

T: Yes, you are so clever. Now let’s introduce his body.(出示熊猫图片) T: Read after me: body. Ss: body. T: Look, What’s this? (出示熊猫头部的图片) Ss: 头.

T:Yes, we can say head. Follow me, please. Head. Ss: Head. T: This is his head. Ss: This is his head. 同样的方法教arm/hand/leg/foot. (用多种方式读:全班读、小组读、男女分开读、开火车读、随机抽读等) [设计意图:这个环节是整个课堂学习的重点,由单词到到词组再到句子,这样小步子的循序巩固学习,符合三年级学生初学英语的特点,重复加强记忆。] Step 3: Practice T: Game time again! Ss: OK, good! 1、Listen and point. 2、Say and point.(指明学生发出指令,要求其余学生做动作并练习。)

T:Next, let’s do it like this. One student say, and the others do and say together. S1: Point to your...(head/arm/hand/leg/foot) Ss: This is my...(head/arm/hand/leg/foot)(学生指并回答)

3、Let’s do 师发指令:“Touch your head/ face/ eye/ nose/ mouth/ ear.”

[设计意图:Let’s do 既可以活跃课堂气氛,又是对本节课重点教学内容的巩固练习。在学生充分掌握知识的基础上,教师运用体态语示范新动作,引导学生对指令做出新动作,让学生全身心参与到活动中来,培养学生各机能的协调发展。] 4、T: Now draw an animal on your paper , and write the name on his head, arm, hand, leg and foot.

让学生上台用“This is his…”介绍自己所画的动物的身体各部位。

学生介绍的过程中,师适时发出指令Point to

his ...。

[设计意图:通过这种开放式的画画练习,技能发挥学生的个性,又能学以致用,师在合适的时机参与,趁热打铁。有助于学生巩固所学知识,提高学生的会话能力,培养学生对知识的综合应用能力,也再一次体现了语言教学的整体性原则,达到学以致用的目的。] 5、I have a wonderful chant ,let’s read ,ok?

hand, hand, this is my hand. Leg, leg, leg , this is my leg. Foot ,foot ,foot, this is my foot. [设计意图:通过歌谣的形式复习巩固本课所学并把课堂气氛推向高潮。] Step 4: Homework

1. Listen and repeat the text. 2. Draw a picture of yourself, then show it to your parents/friends and say, “This is my head/arm… …”.
