一、教学目标

1. 语言知识目标：

1）复习所学的颜色类及服装类的词汇，并在说、读和写的练习中能熟练运用。

2）总结归纳询问及回答不同类型及不同颜色服装的价格的句型。

三、教学过程

Ⅰ. Revision 1. Enjoy an English song: How much. Get the Ss to sing together. Talk about the school things in the song by asking :

What school things are mentioned in the song?

How much is the pencil/rubber/ruler/notebook？

2. Revise the words: Look and say

Show the Ss some pictures of clothes, get the Ss to say the names.

Play the game :Lucky Wheel with the Ss.

4.Do the Exx:完成对话, 每空词数不限。

—_________________ this pair of shoes?—______ 188 yuan. Check the answers with the Ss. 5.Deal with the language points: How much is that brown sweater? 在名词前面应先说定冠词the，或指示代词this, that, these ,those等，再说表示颜色的词。有时在颜色前面可以加大小/长短等形容词。

即：

the/this/that/these/those+大小/长短+颜色+中心名词

e.g. 这个蓝色的书包

the blue bag

那双黑色的鞋子

those black shoes

那顶大的紫色帽子

that big purple hat

IV. Writing :

Work on 3a.

1.Add the fourth box which has four words (big, small, long, short)in it. Help the Ss make sentences in the chart with the words in the four boxes. Get the Ss to pay attention to the single or plural form of the words.

2. Ss write their sentences using the words in the boxes. Teacher helps some Ss when necessary .

3. Let some Ss read their questions. Then check the answers.

V. Practice ：Work on 3b

1. Look at the pictures in 3b. Ask and answer about the prices about these things in pairs.

S1: How much is the hat?

S2: It's five dollars.

2.Get the Ss to ask and answer about the prices of the things in the picture. Then write the sentences in the chart.

VI. Pair work : Work on 3c 1. Work with your partner: Students A, look at the pictures in 3b for a minute and then close your book. Student B, ask questions. Help the Ss to do the “Ask and answer” practice about the things in the picture.

2. Play a game: Who has a good memory .
