教学内容分析

本节课是一节阅读课，阅读内容为中西方生日事物的不同，涉及到了中西文化的差异。因此，本节课我在训练学生通过阅读获得信息的基础上，将

以生日食物为切入点，帮助学生了解不同国家的生日文化，对学生进行文化差异与饮食习惯的熏陶，扩大学生的知识面，提高他们的语言表达能力和英语学习兴趣。

教学目标

本节课的话题是“风俗习惯”，要求学生能读懂简单的故事和短文并抓住大意，能用所给提示简单描述一件事情。

知识目标：

Words: world , answer , different, cake, candle, age, blow, if ,will ,candy ,lucky ,popular, idea

Phases: around the world, make a wish, blow out, get popular, cut up, bring good luck to

Sentences: 1 The number of candles is the person’s age.

2 If he or she blows out all the candles in one go, the

1通过对文段的阅读，培养学生处理信息，分析问题的能力。
