Step1.Warming up and revision

1：Show students some colors. T:These are different colors. What colors are they? Ss:They are black,white,red,green,blue,yellow,brown and purple (Show some clothes) T:How much is the T-shirt? Ss:It is ten dollars. T: How much are the socks? Ss:They are three dollars. Step2.Grammar Focus

1.学生大声朗读Grammar Focus中的句子。

2.小结。

询问物品的价格常用特殊疑问词how much来提问，根据主语的不同分两种类型的句式结构：

How much is +the/this/that(等限定词）+表颜色的形容词+名词单数？

How much are +the/this/that(等限定词）+表颜色的形容词+名词复数？

Step3.Practice 1.学生独立完成3a任务。

2.Check the answers. 3.学生独立完成3b任务。

4.Check the answers. Step4.Pair work. 1.Work with your partener. You look at the pictures in 3b for three minuts and then close your books. Your partener asks you questions and try to answer his/her questions.

2.Ss Work in pairs. Ask and answer about things in the picture. Step5.Exercises.（见ppt)

Step6.Summary 本节课主要学习询问价格的语言。通过学习，学生基本能够熟练地使用目标语言和句型进行交际，基本掌握了句型How much…?及回答。
