一、目标确定的依据

1.课程标准相关要求

《义务教育英语课程标准（2011年版）》要求义务教育阶段课程中七年级应达到三级：学生能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事。能与教师或同学就熟悉的话题交换信息。在说的方面要求学生能在课堂活动中用简短的英语进行交际，同时学生能在教师的指导下参与角色表演等活动。

2.教材分析

本节课围绕继续谈论物品，以及对this，that的使用，继续学习巩固what’s this in English?.....It’s a/an……，让学生在练习中学习，提升对英语的兴趣。

3. 学情分析

学生又学会了10个英语字母，复习和巩固上节课的单词和字母，并自然过渡到本课时内容。学生贵日常生活中常见的8个事物已经相当熟悉，用本单元第一课时掌握的功能句型进行操练，学生能循序渐进地夯实基础。

五、教学过程

Step 1: Greetings

Greet the students . Step 2:Warming-up and revision 1.

Speak out the words learned in last period. 2.

Revise the English letters Step 3: a guessing game

Describe some subjects and let students guess what they are ---What’s this in English ? ---It’s an orange. ---What’s that in English? ---It’s a map.

Step 4:Work on 3a 1.

Teacher : please open your books and turn to page S7. Look at 3a.What can you see? 2.

Students: I can see a ruler, a map…

Teacher: please listen to the recording and number the pictures(1---8). I’ll play the recording twice. The first time, you just listen. The second time, you can check your answers. Step 5: work on 3b 1.

play the recording for the students to listen and ask them to complete the words under the pictures in 3a. Teacher: Now please look at the pictures in 3a again. There are some uncompleted words under them. You can listen to the recording and complete the words. 2.

教学反思

本课设计的亮点是，在复习本单元重点单词和句型时，通过遮盖物品的游戏，寓教于乐，避免了明知故问的单调问答，既增加了单词，句型学习的乐趣，又活跃了课堂气氛，吸引了学生的注意力。设计中的不足之处是对话活动设置较多，时间有些紧张。
