一、教学内容分析

本单元的核心教学内容是：字母I--R;辨认物品；拼写单词。本课教学内容是3a--3e。3a--3e部分的作用是功能拓展。活动3a--3b通过听力训练的方式，让学生辨认图片、补全单词，以复习本单元所学的8个单词，巩固所写字母的写法，并让学生意识到字母对于构成单词的意义，以及字母与发音的对应关系。活动3c让学生听读对话，在第一页内容的基础上拓展“请求单词拼写帮助”的句型Spell it, please. 活动3d--3e让学生在语境中巩固“向他人确认物品的英文名称”以及“请求单词拼写帮助”的目标语言，其中3d是听力练习，3e是口语练习。本页活动层层递进，3a和3b的听力内容是8个词汇，3c和3d的听力内容是以这些单词为基础的、有简单语境的对话，活动3e让学生运用所学语言谈论图片中的物品。

二、学情分析

学生在本单元第一页和第二页已经初步学习了8个物品的单词：map, cup, jacket, quilt, ruler, pen, orange。以及向他人确认物品英文名称的句型A: What’s this/that in English? B: It’s a/an...学生对本单元的内容都很感兴趣，对于第一页和第二页的内容也掌握得比较好。所以在此基础上，学生应该能够顺利理解本节课的教学内容，从而完成教

学任务，实现教学目标。

Teaching Procedures Step 1. Revision 1.

Review the new words on page S5 through the pictures. 2.

Review the English letters from Ii to Rr. 3.

Make conversations in pairs using the key sentences:

A: What’s this/that in English?

B:It’s a/an... Step 2. 3a&3b 1.

Ask the students to look at these pictures and tell their names

loudly. 2.

Listen and number the pictures. Then check the answers. 3.

Ask them to listen to the tape carefully and finish the exercises in

3b.(Tips:Ask the students to notice the pronunciation of the letters in the blanks.) 4.

Check the answers by asking using the key sentences in this unit.

本节课在学生掌握了map, jacket 等重点词汇，以及询问物品的句型的基础上，通过听，说等练习询问单词拼写的句型，层层深入，充分调动学生的积极性，让学生对所学的知识能够更全面地掌握。
