一、教材内容

6A Unit3 Holiday fun

第一课时Story time 二、教学目标

1. 能通过联想、迁移、构词法等学习策略初步掌握过去式：go-went, visit-visited, see-saw, pick-picked, catch-caught, eat-ate，Bund, Shanghai Museum。

2. 能在具体的情景中运用句型：Where did you go? What did you do? Did you …? 提问并用过去式结构回答。并运用这些句型就节日话题与他人交流。

3. 能借助图片和文字听懂、朗读和复述课文，增强英语语感。

4. 能尝试运用英语描述他们的假期生活。

三、教学重难点

1. 借助图片，通过预测故事、完成连线、填空，同桌相互对课文提问，学生能理解课文。

2. 通过不同形式的读、根据板书复述课文，学生能用正确的语音语调朗读故事或表演故事。

3. 尝试仿照故事口头描述过去发生的事情。

Step1. Warm up 1.列举学过的动词及对应的过去式

2.Greeting 3.Free talk: What’s the weather like today?

What day is it today?

What date is it today?

How about yesterday？

4.Guessing game:

It’s the first of June. Children play games and have a party at school. -----Children’s Day

It’s in September or October. People eat moon cakes and watch the moon at night. ----Middle Autumn festival

It’s on the first of October. We have a seven days holiday. ----- National Day

Step2: Presentation 1.

Look and learn: T: Look at the calendar. When’s the National Day? S: It’s on the first of October.

T: Yes. And from 1st October to 7th October, we were at home. We had a fun holiday.

Teach : holiday (读音及意义）

holiday 表示假日,休假日,指国家法定的或因风俗习惯而形成的节假日，可译成“不工作或学习的日子”。如：the summer holiday, the winter holiday, the National Day holiday…

Read and say. T: We can do a lot of things on the holiday. Listen to me.示范：

Today, I come back to school after the National Day holiday.

I went to Jiangyin with my family.

I went shopping and watched a film.

It was fun !

学生模仿示范说自己的假期。

教学反思：

Holiday fun是六A第三单元的教学内容。对于story time第一课时的教学，我在设计上遵循了“以人为本”的理念，倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径，在教学过程中注重小组合作互助学习，将课堂与生活相互结合。

将学生分成若干个学习小组，

三次采用这样的方式，充分发挥了小组合作的实效性。比如在，处理文本的时候，学生在小组里讨论Liu Tao和Mike在国庆节里分别做了什么事情；小组交流后，请小组代表上讲台，其余学生听，并有任务要完成，即回答我的问题：What did …

do for the holiday ?对全班学生提问，这样局集中了绝大多数学生的注意力，同时也培养了学生的听力，锻炼了学生的表达能力。这个教学环节，实施效果较好，学生也很喜欢，他们可以更自主的学习，同时也给了我教学启示：教师在教学中，可以根据教材，将课本的知识给予灵活的设计，教师应具备这种能力，在英语课堂教学中，鼓励学生从课堂“小天地”走向社会的“大天

地”，努力让更多地学生主动参与、主动探索、主动思考和主动实践。

当然在这节课上，还有几个值得我改善的地方：对于白板的操作不够熟练，以至于在课堂上显得不够顺畅；板书的设计没有将本节课的功能型句型展示出来，所以学生在猜测提问的环节，缺少了依靠，有点无所适从。这也是我在课前备课过程中纠结了很久的一个问题，对话型语篇教学和陈述性语篇教学在侧重点上应该是有区别的。
