【教材分析】
本课内容是新标准英语(三起)小学四年级下册Module 10 Unit 2 ,本课通过Amy\Lingling和Daming谈论昨天发生的事情及造成的影响,进一步学习如何描述自己和他人在过去某一时间所做活动,初步学习用英语描述疾病。
【教学目标】
1.
知识目标
(1)全体学生能理解文本,并能运用新单词:chocolate,、stomach ache、cold、headache、fever 。
(2)全体学生能谈论疾病。
(3)全体学生能感知讲述疾病的语音语调。
2.技能目标
(1)能在语境下用stomach ache, headache, fever等单词来描述病症。
(2)能正确询问他人的身体状况。
3.情感态度目标
(1)在小组活动中能与其他同学积极配合和合作,遇到问题主动请教老师或同学。
(2)能在平时生活中关心他人身体健康。
【学情分析】
该班学生已有近两年的英语学习经历,有一定的英语基础。孩子们上课积极性高,英语学习兴趣浓厚,能较好地参与到英语学习活动中。在该模块中学生已经学习了一单元的内容,能询问与陈述过去的
行为或事情。
【重点难点
】
1.学习并谈论疾病。
2.能谈论疾病的因果并进行简单交际

【教学过程】
Step1:Free talk 1)T: Boys and girls, What’s the weather like today? Is it good for a picnic? T: Now I will show a video about picnic for you. (T plays activity 1 ) T: Please tell me: What can we do in a picnic? 2) T: You have done a good job. Now listen again and follow it by yourselves.

Step3:Text learning 1. What was the weather like yesterday? Ss: It was hot. T: Yes, it was hot yesterday. I was thirsty. So I went to the supermarket. And I bought something. 3.T: Can you guess what did I buy? Ss: You bought.... T: I bought a bottle of water and a big watermelon. T: The watermelon was so big and so heavy. Suddenly it fell off and bumped my toes. (一)课堂预习Preparation in class 1.首先让我们一起来看预习提示单,Can you read?(指名读)
预习提示单一
a.自由朗读课文,你认为难理解的句子划出来;
b.圈出不认识的字,拼读一遍,并用所学规则试读;
c.圈出过去式。
d.听录音跟读。
2.Now let’s do the preparation. 下面就请同学们按照提示开始预习吧!教师巡视,指导学生,发现问题。
(二)自我检测Self-test
1.同学们预习得怎么样呢?我们来做个小检测。请做:
a.配练Ex3 B.学生操作,教师巡视指导,发现易错问题,及时记录。
(三)交流问题

2.针对学生所提及时指导认读;
(四)教师讲解
Teaching 1.出示课件中课前教师预估的问题部分以及巡视中发现的新问题,进行学习。

What’s wrong with her? (T do action to teach “headache”) Why? (T uses word card to teach ”cold”) 3) T: you see, having a cold is bad, So you should care about yourself and others in daily life. Now “who can read this picture for us?”( T chooses three Ss) 6. T: You are so clever. Let’s come to learn picture4.
1) T: Listen the first time, what questions can you ask? (学生根据前三幅图老师的讲解,在第四幅图时,老师将学习交给学生,采取学生自己提问自己解答的方式,以此锻炼学生的学习能力,培养其学习习惯。)

A game: S1 say sentence and S2 do the action. For example: S1 say ‘
you’ve got a stomach ache’. S2 should put his hand on the stomach. The class can do the action follow S2.( 4 groups)
