1.

知识与能力目标： *帮助学生理解重点词汇：miss,match,have to,cut…down和look for。

*通过Read a story的故事阅读，帮助学生进一步理解核心句型的用法。

*读懂故事The bird and the tree，理解故事大意。

2.能力目标：

*让学生在学习过程中通过感知体验、探究发现、合作交流的学习方式，提高阅读技能，培养学生自主阅读的能力以及综合运用各种语言知识的能力。

3.情感目标：

* 知道人类应该善待自然，节约资源，不滥伐树木，激发激发学生热爱大自然，保护树资源，保护共同家园的情感。

【教学重难点】

1.

理解词汇：wood,match,miss,have to,cut…down,look for 2.

熟练运用get…from…和use…to…,知道from后面接名词和代词，to在此时后面接动词。

3.掌握句型：They used the wood to make matches,use…to…的一般过去时描述物品的用途，并能在语境中正确运用。

4.读懂故事The bird and the tree，理解故事大意。
