一、教材内容分析

本册书分别从去北京、给家人写信和回忆旅行四个单元完整的给学生展示了一次旅行的过程。而本单元（Unit 3）讲的是关于写信、明信片和电子邮件的词汇和表达，让学生懂得选用每种方式的理由和好处并会传递这些信息。本课内容含量偏多，难易适中，主要讲如何书写电子邮件内容和地址，以及成功的发送一封电子邮件。

二、学习者分析

五年级学生对英语有一定兴趣和积极性，但没有三四年级高，对知识有一定的积累，对简单或难易适中的文本能自主阅读，并能理解大概内容。对于掌握本课内容没有太大难度，但在学会唱电子邮件之歌上有点难度。

三、教学目标

A、知识目标：

1、知道四个重点单词

email ，idea，computer，use发音与意思。

2、理解和学会电子邮件的书写及表达。

B、技能目标

1、学生能听懂、会说、认读和书写重点单词email，

idea，computer，use。

2、学生能学会如何书写电子邮件的内容和地址以及如何发送电子邮件。

3、学生能学会唱电子邮件之歌。

C、学习策略目标：

通过同桌合作，四人小组合作活动、展示活动等方式渗透合作学习策略，培养学生的团结、合作、相互交流的能力。

D、情感态度目标：

通过小组合作学习活动，学习电子邮件的书写与发送，让学生感受英语学习与日常生活的紧密相关，体会到友谊的不可或缺和重要性。

四、教学重点和难点：

A、教学重点：

1、掌握四个词汇。

2、学会如何书写电子邮件的内容和地址以及如何发送电子邮件。

B、教学难点：

1、书写电子邮件的内容和地址以及如何发送电子邮件。

2、学会唱电子邮件之歌。

五、教学准备：

课件、录音机、磁带、展台。

六、教学过程：

Step 1

Greetings T:OK,class begin. Good morning ,class.

Ss: ...... How are you?

Ss: ...... How’s the weather today?

Ss: ...... Teacher says “one two three, ready?ready?ready?”

Students say “three two one ,go! go! go!”

Step 2 Leading-in T:Good.Do you know how people sent messages years ago? Ss: ....... OK,now look, they use fire and smoke,a pigeon,a flag,a telegram, a letter, a telephone, a computer and internet. T: Now there are many kinds of communications in our daily life.What are they?Do you know? Ss: ...... T: An email /qq /weixin/skype/facebook. Which one is fast? Ss: An email is fast.

T: Yes,today we’ll have a new lesson,lesson16:An Email Is Fast. Teaching“an email”and spell.

But what’s an email? Let’s learn!

Step 3 New concepts: A,First: Listen and follow to read. T: First, listen and read silently.

Next, listen again, Ss follow to read. T:OK,are there any words you don’t know. S1:idea.Teaching “idea”and spell.

T:Good idea ！Guess,what’s the meaning?

S2:好主意。

T：So”idea”means “主意”.Any others?

S3:use Teaching”use”and spell.

T:Use, use, use, use a pen. / Use, use, use, use a pencil. What’s the meaning? S4:用

Teaching “computer”and spell.

Teacher showing: We can use the “computer” to send an email.

T：Can you say a sentence with the four words? (Teacher showing first) S5,S6,S7...... B, Let’s chant!

T:Do you like chant? Ss:Yes. Let’s chant together,please clap you hands.

C:Fill in the blanks. T:Well done! Now try to fill the four words in the blanks.write down the answers on paper. Are you clear? Ss:Yes. T：Finished?

Group work (read in roles) T: Good reading! Now group in four and practice. B.
