Step 1:Class opening and review 1、Warming up :Let’s sing a song Hello! Boys and girls! First ,Let’s sing a nice song. （设计意图：利用歌曲中Do you know this man ?Do you know this woman。激活学生思维，为新课学习它们复数形式做好铺垫）

2、 Review: Show a map of Beijing How are you? How’s the weather today? I like sunny days. Because we can go on trips.There are many famous places in Beijing .let them say “Some famous places in Beijing”. （设计意图：复习旧知，引入今天到达北京。承上启下，课堂轰然一体）

Sept 2:New concept Show the bus. Let’s go on a trip, ok ?. So, today Jenny 、Danny 、Ling Ming and Miss Li arrive in Beijing to go on a trip 。 Now they’re on the bus. Oh, They arrive in Beijing. （板书课题）

They look out the window of the bus. What can they see? What are they doing? （设计意图：创设在公共汽车上的的情境，使学生不知不觉进入新知，街接自然，容易接受新知识。）

（一）Show the picture :When do they arriving in Beijing? They arrive in Beijing at 1:17 in the afternoon.（设计意图：先说到达北京时间，让学生再次真正进入到在北京旅行的语境。练习时间的表达方法。）

（二）What do they see on their way to the hotel? Show the picture of the park What can you see? Many people .Learn “people”.Read and spell it in different ways(主要

分音节拼读) .Tell them we don’t add an “s” after it .then learn : There are many people in the park. （设计意图：分音节多种形式练习单词和句型，学生掌握牢固，突出重点，突破难点。）

Step 3:Practice 1、

Listen and fill in the blacks. Teacher gives the students a dialogue .Let the students fill in the blacks using the words they have learned today , and say it in groups. （设计意图：听录音练习学生听力。学生结组进行对话练习，巩固所学知识，并培养合作意识，增强综述能力。）
