完形填空解题技巧教案(Cloze test) Teaching aims: After the lesson, the students will be able to: (1) learn something about the cloze test, such as its regulation, character , the procedure of doing cloze test (2)chose the right answer according to the situation, common sense and logical analysis Teaching important points: Lead the students to learn some useful skills of problem-solving Teaching difficult points: The students can use these skills in their exercises and can know how to get the right answer. Teaching procedures: Step1. Greetings and lead-in (2mins) Ask the students two questions Q1: What is difficult for you in cloze test? Q2: Do you know what should you do in a cloze test? Step2.Present something about the cloze test (4mins) Step3. Practice and discussion (16mins) 1.

Ask the Ss to choose the best answers to the sentences and ask them to find out the hints. 2. (Group work of 4) Discuss to choose the best answers and mark the hints. Step4 Correction and presentation(14mins) 1. Check the answers. 2. Discuss present how they get the hints to the answers that they just correct.

Step5 Summary(3mins) Sum up the key skills they should pay attention to to finish a cloze test. Step6 Homework(1mins) Ask the students to finish the cloze test on the paper and point out the hints to their answers.
