Step 1: Warm -up

1.Greetings.

2.Sing an Engllish song. The Earth Is Our Mother.

(设计意图:歌曲能使学生感到轻松,愉快,满足,产生兴奋情绪,在明快优美的旋律中,不仅复习了上节课的内容,又调动了学生的学习兴趣,为下一步教学做好准备。)

3.Show the title.

T: Today we’ll learn Unit 5. My Day.

4.Review the learned knowledge.

Look at the screen and make sentences.A: What time is it? B: It’s... A: It’s time to...

Step 2: Presentation and drill

1.Lead and drill the new sentence: I get up at 7:00 every morning.

2.Show and learn the new phrase: have breakfast

3.Drill and make the sentences:

(1)I have breakfast at...

(2)I have lunch at...

(3) I have dinner at...

(设计意图:这样利用多媒体课件创设情境,学生探索新知的欲望非常强烈,他们带着强烈的好奇心和浓厚的学习兴趣,积极主动地开始新知识的学习。)
