在本单元中，学生开始使用能够帮助他们谈论关于他们自己的一些单词和句子。学生将学习如何谈论年龄、身高、家庭住址及步行上学等日常事情。本课是要让学生用How do you go to school? I go to school_____.

Do you go to school______? Yes.\No.谈论自己如何去上学。

四年级的学生经过了一年多的英语学习，对英语的好奇心和兴趣从起步时的会读会说几个单词向会说会用简单的句子表述自己的想法的阶段转变。学生对英语有着浓厚的兴趣，渴望获得更多的知识，本课在继续培养学生学习兴趣和听说能力的同时，采用符合学生心理特点的教学方法和教学手段，通过让学生充分的听、说，有计划地培养学生的读、写以及分析语篇的能力，特别对于个别学习上有困难的学生，老师耐心的采取积极鼓励的方法，创设生动的情景，调动他们的学习积极性，培养其学习自信心。

一、Greeting.(1mins) T: Hello, boys and girls.

Ss: Hello, Miss Ou Yang. T：How are you? Ss: I am fine, thanks. And you? T: I am very well. How’s the weather today?

It’s ______. (亲切的问候，拉近与学生之间的距离。) 二、Review.(7mins) 1.T: Look here! What’s this? Ss: Car. (教师拿出实物汽车模型，引出小汽车，然后幻灯片上出现学过的四种交通工具，学生们依次说出，来复习交通工具。最后拓展两个没学过的交通工具plane 和

train。为下面的学习做准备。) 2.T：I go to school by bike. （展示老师骑着自行车的照片并板书）

T: This is Kim’s house.(出示图片上展示Kim家和学校的距离很近

T：Let’s listen to the tape.(听录音，让学生根据录音内容回答Kim是怎样去学校的)

How does Kim go to school? Ss: On foot. T: Do you know “on foot ”

what’s mean?(边问边做出走路的样子) Ss: 走路，步行。

T：Yes. Sometimes I go to school on foot.(板书on foot 并领读)

Ok, let’s fill in the blanks.(根据课文内容让学生填空) Let’s read it together.(让学生们齐读课文) （下面依次让学生们听课文判断正误，听课文回答问题来学习课文的第二和第三幅图的内容）
