教学背景分析

1. 教学内容分析

本课是冀教版小学英语四年级下册第一单元的第五课,介绍了谈论某人或某物位置的词汇和句型,同时向学生渗透了字母组合ea,oo 的发音。学生通过学习课文文本,理解和掌握方位介词的使用方法。2. 学习者分析

经过一年多的学习,四年级的学生已经掌握了一些基本的英语词汇,特别是经过三年级下册及本单元第三课的语言学习,学生已经接触并掌握了一些方位介词,这些为本课的学习做好了铺垫。

教学目标

1. 知识与技能目标

(1)能听懂、会说、认读并书写下列词汇:he, she, behind

(2)能听懂、会说并认读介词短语:in front of

(3)能认读、理解并运用下列基本的句型结构:Where is he/she? He/She is …

(4)能了解字母组合ea和oo在单词中的发音及规则。

2. 学习策略目标

(1)通过对课文文本的学习,理解和掌握方位介词的含义和使用方法。

(2)通过师生、学生间的语言互动,理解描述事物所处位置的句型,并能熟练使用现在进行时描述正在进行中的动作。

(3)通过认读词汇,引导学生发现字母组合ea和oo在单词中的发音规则。

(1)能正确理解文本,感受真实语言交际中灵活运用英语所带来的乐趣。

(2)能积极与同伴合作,灵活运用本课语言点围绕物体的位置进行对话。

1. Greeting: Hello! Let’s begin our new lesson .lesson 5 where is danny?(出示图片)

Presentation and Practice

1.复习旧知。

T: Before this lesson,I have invited five old friends here .do you want to know who are they ? ok ,let’s see it .(出示图片)no.1-no.5。In----under . T: Do you rember them?let’s have a revision again.(用铅笔与盒子做示范找同学回答)。

2 授新课

(1)T:Now ,we will introduce two new friends.who are they ? 出示图片no1 ,in front of (板书),no 2,behind .(板书)What are they doing ?they are playing hide and seek .Did you play it ?let’s help danny . look ,where is Liming ?who can help danny? (Liming is in front of the tree.)

反复读,拼读,小火车读。

组织学生练习in front of 和behind

T: Look! This is the blackboard. XX come here.where is XX? Where is the blackboard?

T:找两名同学上来,前后站立,where is XX?where is XX?

T:找一名同学站到桌子前,where is XX?where is the desk ?

(2). Watch and describe

教师呈现第二部分文本图片并询问:

T: Where is Danny now? (big place.classroom.)

T: What can you see in the classroom?(some books,some chairs, some flowers, and some others. Steven is in the classroom too.)

T:look carefully(small place),he is infront of steven.

T: What’s he doing?

T:he is reading a book.(这里涉及到了一个时态,现在进行时,表示正在发生的动作或状态,动词的后面都要加上ing,也叫做现在分词。)展示几张动词的现在分词形式。简单了解。

T:Danny is a boy ,so we can say he .(板书he )he is a boy ,he is in the classroom ,he is reading a book .

T: Who’s in this picture?

T:Where is Jenny?(大地点,小地点)

T: What is she doing ?

T: Jenny is a girl. So we can say she .she is a girl ,she is on the playground .

T:Talk about the others.For example :where is Kim ? OK,work pairs.(两组)

(3)T:Next time ,Let’s play a game .I have seven poctures,now ,you work pairs,one ask s: where is danny ? and the others answers : he is …..

让学生分组练习

T:which group want to try ?which one do you choose?

(4)T: The part four,letters and sounds.

整体呈现课文第四部分,学生尝试读单词。让学生体会ea字母组合和oo字母组合在不同单词中的不同发音。
