一、教学目标

(一)知识目标

1. 能够听懂、会说并认读单词:time,school,start,past,late,exercise,playground,before, join,skip,coffee,tea。短语:go to bed. 2. 能够听懂、会说并认读句子:What time does your school start? What time do you get up? (二)能力目标

在实际生活中能口头运用“what time …”这类语句询问事情发生的时间,并做出回答。

(三)情感目标

帮助学生了解中西方学校生活的差异,热爱自己的学校生活。

二、教学要点分析

(一)教学重点

1. 单词“exercise,playground,before ”的认读和理解。

2. 灵活运用“what time…”询问事情发生的时间。

(二)教学难点

如何结合实际,在真实的语境中运用“what time……..”句型询问事情发生的时间,并做出回答。

三、教学准备:多媒体课件,录音机,磁带。

四、教学课时:本课为此模块的第一课时

五、教学过程

Step1:

Warming-up

1. Greetings. Hello,boys and girls.Today we are going to learn module8 unit1 What time does your school start? 2.教授新单词time,start.并理解课题意思。

3. say a chant: get up, get up, I get up at seven o’clock.

go to school, go to school, I go to school at eight o’clock. have lunch, have lunch, I have lunch at twelve o’clock. watch tv, watch tv, I watch tv at five o’clock.

go to bed, go to bed, I go to bed at nine o’clock.

第一遍师生一起拍手说唱,第二遍加动作说唱。

Step2:

Free talk

1. T: You did a good job. I have a present for you. look, what’s this? (a clock) What time is it? (seven/eight) S: It’s … o’clock. 2.T:What time do you go to school? S:I go to school at….o’clock. 在学生回答问题后,教师适时进行呼应:Oh, I go to school at half past seven. 呈现7:30时钟课件及句子,学习half past…. 课件再次呈现三个半点时钟,用What time is it?问句,引导学生使用half past…

3.What time do you get up? 引导学生回答,在学生回答问题后,教师适时进行呼应:Oh, I get up before … o’clock.教师教读单词before. 4.Practise.Pairwork.Ask and answer:What time do you …? 5.Game:Can you gess ?分别请学生上台做动作,台下学生猜动作,猜到之后就用What time do you….?句型问答。

6.利用课件图片学习单词:school,playground。

T:What do you do in the playground? (你在操场上做些什么?)

7.出示图片做操,学习do exercise。

T:What time do you do exercise? S:I do exercise at…\before…o’clock. T:What else do you do in the playground? (在操场上还做些什么?)

8.出示图片跳绳,学习skip,skipping.讲解like后面接现在分词skipping. 9.利用课件图片及口令学习单词:coffee,tea. 10.Read the new words what we learned together.Then read the words one by one. 11.Say a chant,巩固单词:skip,coffee,tea.活跃气氛。

Step3 :Presentation

T: Just now we talked about our school life in China. but Amy’s school is in England. Amy’s school life is very different from us.(学生听不懂时加上汉意。)Do you want to know Amy’s school life?

Step4 :Text 1.Listen to the tape and think about the fallowing questions: What time does Amy’s school start?

What time does Amy get up? Does Amy skip in the playground? Can Lingling skip very well? 2. Listen again and answer those questions. 3. listen, point and repeat the text. Step5:

Practice再次检查并巩固句型掌握情况。

Step6:

Summary

This class, we have learned how to describe the time about our daily life. I want to give you one sentence. Early to bed,early to up,makes you healthy wealthy and wise. 早睡早起身体好。
