一、教学内容

新闽教版小学《英语》第四册 Unit3 School Subjects Part A 主要学习星期的问法和回答以及科目，是第一单元星期的延伸和拓展， Part A主要巩固星期的单词, 新学English, Chinese, math, music, art, worry ,help以及句型：What day is today? It’s ____ .We have a /an ____ class this morning. 二、学情分析

本课时教学内容的对象是四年级的学生，他们经过了一年多的英语学习已经有一定的基础，已经掌握了Monday--Sunday的听、说、读，但在自主学习方面还存在一些问题，在操练和运用英语自由表达所学句型方面仍需加强引导和帮助，因此，在教学中要多开展有效且趣味性强的教学活动，为学生创造一个轻松、有趣、活泼的学习氛围，以提高课堂教学效果。

三、设计理念

观察直观教具、动作演示、游戏、竞赛、多媒体辅助教学要以创设真实情境、激发学生兴趣、优化教学目标、提高课堂效率为宗旨，追求实用性和实效性，引导学生将所学的语言运用于生活，培养学生的语言交际能力。

四、教学目标：

知识目标：（1）学生能全面参与学习English, Chinese, math, music, art, worry ,help等本部分的新词学习活动，大部分学生能比较自如地运用这几个词。

（2）全体学生参与学习句子：What day is today ? It’s‥… . We have ____class this morning,大部分学生能听懂、会说这些句子，并能灵活地运用，

语言技能目标：（1）全体学生通过学***部分学生能正确认读单词English, Chinese ,math, music, art ,worry. help;少数学生可以拼写。

（2）通过学***部分学生能用We have_____ class this morning ,来谈论学校的课程。

3、情感态度：通过学习，学生能够养成互相帮助，合理安排各学科的学习时间。

五、教学重、难点

1、教学重点：（1）学会单词English, Chinese ,math, music, worry, help的发音及运用。

（2）学会句型：What day is today ? It’s ‥….We have____ class this morning,并能较好地运用。

2、教学难点：运用所学句型流利地谈论班级课程表。

六、教具准备

1、英语、语文、数学、音乐、美术书等实物和卡片。

Step1 Warming up 1、

Greetings. 2、

Sing a song: There are seven days. (设计意图：“未成曲调先有情”，以一曲There are seven days开始，边唱边做动作，既活跃了课堂，又复习了旧知识星期，同时集中了学生的注意力，为本课的学习奠定了轻松、活泼的基调。)

Step2 Revision Revise the days of the week. 1、

Play a game –Roll snowball. （设计意图：滚雪球游戏，不仅可以锻炼学生的听力和记忆力，还可以吸引学生的注意力，一举多得。）

Read the words when the balloons up as quickly as you can. (利用课件，直观、美观，可以调动学生的学习积极性。) 4、

1、Show them the calendar and ask: What day is today? Help them to answer: It’s ____.

（设计意图：通过直观形象的实物——日历，在师生的对话中很自然地引出了主要句型的学习。）

2、Practice the sentences in different ways. (Ask and answer quickly by changing the cards .) 3、Play a game---guessing game (教师转动转盘，根据指针的方向，学生猜指针可能停在的位置，当指针停下来后，学生回答：It’s ______ .)

（设计意图：

小小的猜谜游戏可以吸引学生的注意力，调动学生学习的积极

性。）

4、Practice in pairs then work it out in pairs. （学生用自己制作的转盘来练习所学句型，印象深刻。）

(二)Teach and learn the words: English, the sentence: We have an English class this morning,（用实物、卡片、PPT相结合，形象、直观、便于记忆;在教学过程中，添加些语言如Do you like English/Chinese?或提示学生让他们自己说爱好，如I like math/music.等，意在用英语。）

1、Show them an English book and say: This is an English book .We have an English class this morning. 2、Show them the card and teach the word :English 3、Practice the word by the game “touch and say”. 4、Learn the sentence: We have an English class this morning. 5、Practice like this: English, English, an English class, We have an English class this morning. (三)Teach and learn the words: Chinese, math, music, art in the same way. (四)Practice them in different ways. Eg.(1)Practice the word “Chinese”

by using the game “scissors-cloth-stone”. (2)Practice the word “math” by using the game “low-high” voice. (3)

Practice the word “music” by using the game “pass the word”. (4)Practice the word “art”

by using the game “teacher VS pupils”.(Who is more careful?) （每个过程根据学生的回答和学习效果老师给与恰当的评价，以鼓励学生学习，让他们体验成功的喜悦，同时借此激发学生的学习兴趣，提高课堂效率。）

（设计意图：每个单词的操练方法都不一样，能够吸引学生的注意力，唤起他们学习的热情，不同形式的评价能增强他们的学习自信心，提高学习效率。）

(五)Play a game---(1)What’s missing?(Who has a good memory?)

(2)Card-subject-word (一个学生抽卡片带读单词，一个学生根据读的单词找实物，另一个拍黑板上的单词，在找的过程中学生一直小声快速读单词，找到时大声喊出该单词，该同学应该大声快速说出相应的句子。) （六）贴星期、科目卡片在黑板上，跟学生做对话，如：What day is today ? Ss; It’s _____. We have a ____ class this morning. (六)Come to the text. 1、

Teacher: These are our classes on Monday .What about our friends, Sally and Wang Tao? What are they talking about? Let’s listen ,watch，think and choose : ( ) 1)、 What class do they have this morning? A、 an English class and a math class B、 an English class and a music class ( ) 2)、 Does Wang Tao like English? A、 Yes, he does. B、

No, he doesn’t.

( ) 3）、Is he good at English ? A、 Yes, he is. B、

No, he isn’t.

( ) 4)、 Who can help Wang Tao? A、 Lily B、 Sally （设计意图：让学生带任务听录音、看动画，有事可做，保证了听力效果，有锻炼了学生的思维，这种选择性的题目不会太难，适合四年级的学生。）

2、Listen and repeat. 3、Learn some sentences: ---I’m not good at it.—Don’t worry. --I can help you.—It’s very nice of you.

4、Practice them by themselves. 5、Play a role. 6、Moral lesson: We should learn to help each other and how to arrange our time for each course. It’s a good habit.

Step4 Consolidation and extension Ask them to arrange a class schedule according to their likes in groups then talk about it. (四个学生一组讨论各自喜欢什么课程，如何安排课程最合理，为自己量身定制一份课程表，并用英语说说。) （让学生学以致用）

Step5 Homework 1、listen and imitate. 2、Finish the exercises on workbook. 3、Learn the subjects not learned by themselves.
