I. Teaching aims: 1. Let the students learn how to do the Close Test. 2.

Improve their skills of doing Close Tests. II. Teaching Procedure: Step 1. Review the four steps of doing Close Test.

1 Skim the passage without reading the chosen items. 2 Choose the answers which you can choose. 3 Choose the ones that you could not decide just now. 4 Read the whole passage ,check your answers in order to choose the answers more correctly.

Step2. Do an exercise about close test in 15 minutes. Step3.Let the students check their answers and work out marks. Step4.Give the students 5 minutes to discuss their answers . Step 5.Ask 2 ss explain the main idea. Step 6.Teacher help the ss understand the passage and some key points HW. Ask the ss read the passage aloud and analyze the examined key points.
