Teaching aims:1) Knowledge:By the end of the class, students will be able to: a) know the function, meaning and position of the past participle used as attribute b) know the differences between past participle and present participle used as attribute; c) use past participle and present participle to make sentences. 2) Skill:Students can understand and use past participle through observation. Teaching method:Discussion; task-based classroom activity Teaching procedures:

Step 1 lead-in-listen and observe. Show students a song and students read the lyrics to find out the past participles in the song. Introduce the explanation of attribute. Step 2. Presentation. Show some picture to review the knowledge -- present participle used as attribute; and present the usage of past participle. Step 3.provide some tips when using past participle as attribute .

Step 4. Summary: Summarize the usage of Past participle . Make a comparison between past participle and present participle used as attribute; Step 5.Practice: Do some exercises to review the knowledge we learnt in this class . Step 6.Homework Translate some sentences using past participle and present participle as attribute.
