教学背景

本节教案是义务教育课程标准实验教科书PEP小学英语五年级上册第六单元第四课时。主要讲解有关城市和乡村景物的对话，并运用There be句型的一般疑问句进行询问。

二、教材分析

本单元重点学习用There be句型的一般疑问句对周围的自然景观进行简单的描述、询问并作答；能对给风景图片进行简单的讨论并看图写话等。学生在Unit5单元中已经初步学习了There be的用法，能简单描述事物的基本特征，本单元重点学习句型Is/Are there ...? Yes, there is. \ No, there aren’t.并在提供简单的风景图片，让学生用所学知识进行描述或问答。

三、教学目标

（一）知识目标

1.能够流畅有感情地朗读并表演Let’s talk 对话。

2.能够正确运用句型Are there …? Yes, there are.\No, there aren’t.进行交际问答。

（二）能力目标

1.能够在具体情境中运用句型：Are there …? Yes, there

are.\No, there aren’t描述家乡的景物。

（三）情感策略目标

1.情感态度：欣赏自己的家乡的美，并为之做点什么。
