3. 能正确理解Story time文本内容，并能准确朗读对话，根据关键词尝试复述对话主要内容。

4. 师生围绕课文中的六种职业谈论梦想，让学生产生职业认同感，初步建立各自的职业梦想，并为之努力。

教学重点: 1. 能听懂、会说、会读单词和词组：dream, future, care about, tooth, astronaut, spaceship, football player, World Cup, dancer, pianist, come true, dentist. 2. 能听懂、会说、会读日常交际用语及句型：What do you want to be in the future? I want to be…

3. 理解Story time对话，正确朗读对话，能谈论对话中六位学生的职业梦想，提高学生的英语交际能力。

教学难点: 1. 正确朗读单词astronaut, pianist, dentist。

2. 能根据关键词句复述对话。

教学准备: PPT课件、人物图片、牙医小道具等

教学过程: Step 1. Warm up 1. 欣赏歌曲: ‘Do you know this man?’

2. 出示图片，谈论歌曲中人物职业：

Q: What’s this man’s job? He’s a doctor/cook/clown.

What’s this woman’s job? She’s a singer/dancer/fitness trainer.

Step 2. Introduce the teacher 1. 师通过About me 图文并茂，自我介绍。

2. 围绕About me 提问：

(1) What do I want to do with my daughter? (2) What do I want to do for my husband? (3) What do I want to do for my parents?

Step 3.Talk about the students of Grade 6 1.

通过图片和文字渲染美好小学生活，引导学生思考What do you want to

do now?并能尝试使用I want to…(study hard/learn …well /play…/visit…/read …)回答。

2. 师追问What do you want to be ten years later/in 2025/in the future? 学习新词in the future 和新句型What do you want to be in the future? 3. 师生围绕目标句型What do you want to be in the future?初步谈论梦想，揭题“Our dreams”。

Step 4.Storytime 1. 整体感知课文，了解文本大意，思考“What do the children want to be? ”

完成书上P80 的Match and say。

校对Match and say并学习新词(dentist

/astronaut/football player/dancer/writer/pianist) 3. 朗读解析三个男孩的梦想，并谈论职业信息。

(1) Meet Dentist Mike：生生角色扮演，体验Mike的职业梦想。

(2)师生交流：Do you know any astronauts? What can they do in a spaceship?

(3)师生交流：Can Liu Tao play football well? What should he do? 6. 自主学习，感知女孩们的职业梦想。

(1) Discuss in pairs: What do you want to be in the future, Su Hai /Nancy/Yang Ling? What do you want to do in the future? Why?

(2) Discuss some ways to make people happy/healthy/clever…

7. 谈论Miss Li’s dream. （评价反馈Ticking time: I can understand the dialogue.）

8. 跟读Story time，指导朗读，初步认识Word linking。

9. 根据关键词提示，复述Story time。

10. 完成书上P80 Think and write: Complete Miss Li’s notes. （评价反馈Ticking time: I can talk about Miss Li’s students’ dreams.）

Step 5. Talk about China Dreams 1. 赏析名人实现个人梦想的图文。

2. 引导学生使用句型I want to be …

I should …, my dream will come true. 介绍自己的职业梦想。

Step 6. Homework 1. 读熟Story time部分对话，尝试背诵，并复述Miss Li’s students’ dreams。

2. 用英语调查至少5位同学的梦想。

3. 收集更多“职业”类的单词，用多种方式了解各种职业。
