Unit 5 Do you like pears? Teaching aims: ①

Language skills: After this lesson, students are able to listen, speak and read the new words: apple, pear, banana and orange. And be able to use the new sentence to ask others about the fruits they like. ②

Language knowledge:

Students are required to learn some new words: fruit, apple, pear, banana and orange, and learn a new sentence: -Do you like...?

During the learning process, they are able to set up the relation between the knowledge they have learned and knowledge they are going to learn. And they are able to use all the opportunities in class for language communication. ④

Affects: Students are expected to know that fruits are good for our health and to eat more fruit in their daily life. Important points:

1. The pronunciation of the word “banana”. 2. To apply the new sentence into the real situations and to solve the real life problems.
