教学过程 一、课前热身（Warm-up）

Free talk T: Good morning, everyone. Ss: Good morning, teacher. T: Nice to meet you. Ss: Nice to meet you, too.

T:Before our class,let’s sing a song. 2.

教师播放歌曲“What can you do?”的录音，全班学生跟着录音大声唱。

二、课前预习（Preview）

T:We”ll have an English party next Tuesday.并同时出示幻灯片日历. T:Before the party,we need to clean the classroom.What can you do?Tell me please.同时出示幻灯片，引导学生回答

S1:I can clean the windows . S2: I can clean the doors. S3: I can clean the blackboard. S3: I can clean the teacher’s desk T:You are helpful!The classroom is tidy and clean.The English party is coming.并出示英语聚会幻灯片。

设计意图：通过聚会前的打扫教室准备，复习了四年级学过的教室内相关词语，同时将词组活学活用到新的句型中，符合了现代英语教学目标，活学活用。

三、新课呈现（Presentation）

T:What can you do for the party, children? 出示幻灯片图片引导学生回答

S1:I can sing . S2:I can draw pictures.

S3: I can draw pictures. S4:I can clean the classroom. S5:I can do some kungfu.(此处如果学生不能说出do some kungfu，就由老师说出I can do some kungfu，然后让学生跟读两遍，为了讲Let’s talk作铺垫) T:You can do so many things for the party,our friends Mike will join in the party.Do you know what can Mike do?Let’s listen to the tape,answer the question. (处理Let’s try部分内容) 听音，找学生说出答案，师生一起核对。

S1:Mike can draw pictures. S2: Mike can draw pictures. T:Yes or no? Ss:Yes. T: Yes, Mike can draw pictures T:ZhangPeng and John will come too.What can they do? T: Let’s listen to the tape,answer the question. (处理Let’s talk部分内容) 第一遍听音，回答问题

T: What can ZhangPeng do? S1: ZhangPeng can sing English songs. S2: ZhangPeng can sing English songs.

T: Yes or no ? Ss: Yes. T:Good,clap your hands for them. T: The next question ,What can John do? S3: John can do some kung fu. S4: John can do some kung fu. T: Yes or no ? Ss: Yes. T:Good,clap your hands for them. 师生一起核对答案. 教师总结: Mike can draw pictures. ZhangPeng can sing English songs. John can do some kung fu. 之后板书What can you do for the party? I can singEnglish songs. 教师带领学生读两遍板书上的句子. 四．Pratice 1. 第二遍听音，注意语音语调,模仿朗读. 2. 找3名成绩好的同学到前面大屏幕下随着动画做示范表演对话，加强对文本内容的理解. 3.学生三人一组，分角色练习表演对话，教师鼓励学生配上

相应的动作. 4.请几组学生进行展示，鼓励其他学生和教师一起进行评价. 五．拓展（Consolidation）

S2: I can dance. T:Let’s pratice like this. 同学们同桌之间互相操练，找几组展示。通过练习使学生能够灵活运用句型“What can you do?”I can…询问并回答某人能做什么事情。

2、教师引导学生复习巩固各种文娱活动的英文名称，然后组织学生根据表格信息创编并表演对话，如：

S1: Hi，ChenJie.What can you do for the party? S2: I can dance.How about you,Mike? S1: I can draw pictures. S2:Wonderful! 教师尽可能多找几组学生创编对话，鼓励学生在实际情境中用英语交流，对于学生有困难的地方，教师给予指导. 最后，教师指导学生进行总结，如：Mike can draw pictures for the party. ChenJie can dance for the party. 六．Homework
