一、教学目标：

1. 复习三年级上册1-6单元中的部分核心句型，能听懂、会说

并且准确运用句型What’s your name? Have some …. No, thanks. Can I have some …, please? Thank you.等等。

2. 能听懂并且理解句型wait a minute. Go away. 3. 能理解故事的主要情节，并能表演故事。

二、教学重点：复习三年级上册1-6单元中的部分核心句型，能在图片、实物和情景的帮助下灵活运动句型。

三、教学难点：正确理解故事情节，并能有感情地朗读故事和表扬。

四、教学准备：

1. 本课教学相关的图片和头饰。

2. 多媒体课件。

五、教学过程：

Step1：Warming up 1. Greeting. 2. Free talk Do you like animals? Do you have any animals at home? For me, I have a dog, it’s white. How about you? 3. Enjoy a song《the animal sounds song》

4. Let’s listen to the sounds and say what animals they are.

5. As we know, the animals are living in the forest. Look carefully, what do you see in the forest? You can answer like this: It’s a/ an …. It’s …and ….(tiger, elephant, bear and bird) Look at the little bird, it’s …. (small, cute, funny…) 教学说明：1.利用动画歌曲热身，激发学生关于动物的旧知，并在歌曲的节奏中进入学习主题。2. 通过听叫声猜动物，在趣味的游戏中复习和巩固动物的单词。3. 借助森林的情景，呈现出故事的背景，创设故事的情景。同时，利用望远镜的镜头再次复习动物、颜色等单词和相关句型表达。

Step2: Presentation 1. Watch and find:

Today we will learn a story about this little bird, first, let’s watch and find: How many animals can you see? Who are they?

2. Check the answers with students.

2. Read and divide:

Let’s open your books, read the story quickly, then divide this story into two parts.

教学说明：1.通过2个步骤的帮助学生从整体上理解故事的基本人物和故事大概。2. 通过给图片分组，帮助学生理解本故事两个场景。

3. Listen and answer: (1) Now let’s come to the first part. Look, what’s this?

Oh, yes. It’s some water. Does Bobby like water? No. Let’s listen and answer: What does Bobby want to have?

(2)Yes, Bobby wants to have some bread, because he is hungry.So let’s watch and answer: Does mother have any bread?

Yes, mother has bread, because she says OK, “wait a minute”.What does it means?

4. Teach students to read the sentence “wait a minute” correctly.

教学说明：1.通过听录音，看视频让学生充分理解第一部分故事的内容。2.让学生选择意思的方法帮助学生理解“wait a minute”的意思。3. 通过机械操练让学生准确认读“wait a minute”。

5. Look and say: But Bobby doesn’t wait. Bobby is flying away. What happens to Bobby next? Let’s come to the second part. Look, who is coming? Oh, it’s a cat. What’s the cat like? You can answer like this. It’s a …cat. The cat is …. 教学说明：学生通过观察Tom的图片，再让学生描述Tom。

6. Watch and answer:

Bobby meets Tom, let’s watch and answer: How old is Bobby? What does the cat want to do?

7. Look and think: How do you know that? Let’s look at these three pictures carefully and think: What can you find?

Tom is getting closer to Booby. And the sentence “I like it.” is bigger and bigger. Why? Tom wants to eat Bobby. It’s very dangerous. Now, let’s imitate Tom. 教学说明：1.通过观看视屏回答问题，帮助学生理解第二部分故事的基本内容。2.通过组织学生观察上图三幅图片，引导学生分析Tom的位置和I like it!格式的变换，让学生体会到此时故事情节的紧张和Bobby所面临的危险。同时让学生模仿Tom的台词，让学生体会Tom的虚假。

8. Look and find: it’s so dangerous for Bobby. Who saves Bobby? It’s his mother. Mother comes in time. Listen and repeat: Hey cat! Go away! 9. Let’s guess: What will Bobby say to Mum? What will mother say to Bobby? Maybe Thank you, Mum.

Be careful! 小心点！

Are you OK? 你还好吗？Away from strangers. 远离陌生人。

So next time, when you go out, remember these words.

教学说明：1.学生在学习Go away！时要充分展现妈妈的坚决和勇敢。2.利用Guess让学生猜猜之后的故事会怎么样，Bobby和妈妈会有怎么样的对话，引导学生去发掘故事背后的情感教育目标。

Step3：Practice 1. Let’s watch the video and read along. 2. Let’s read this story sentence by sentence.

3. Let’s read aloud. You must pay attention to the tone and intonations. 4. Let’s read in roles. First I am Tom; boys are Bobby, and girls you are Mother. Let’s read together. 5. Now I give you 2 minutes to prepare, then it’s time for you to read it in roles. Tips: You must pay attention to the tone and intonations. Ask some groups to read in front of the platform. 6.
