Unit 2, Module 8 Cloning Listening and speaking 教学内容分析

本单元的中心话题是“克隆”，教师设计了三个听说的主题任务。任务一：模拟一场关于克隆的记者招待会（Press Conference about cloning）,让学生们分别担任记者和科学家的角色，通过提问和回答的形式，加深对克隆技术发展的了解，认识克隆人的危险性，增加语言的输出量，提高语言表达能力。任务二：听力理解。让学生听一段关于克隆是否对动物残忍的对话，然后完成与听力内容相关的练习。在练习中，渗透听力技巧。任务三：以The advantages and disadvantages of animal cloning为主题，组织一场辩论赛，谈谈克隆动物的利弊。这项练习不但有利于提高学生的听说能力，而且能引发他们对克隆动物健康的关注以及对克隆技术发展前景的再思考，具有现实意义。在完成任务的过程中，巩固语言知识，提高语言技能。

学情分析

本班学生学习上较为认真自觉，英语基础较好，对英语学习也比较有兴趣。教师设计的三个课堂活动能引起学生的兴趣，调动课堂气氛。学生能在活动中发挥所长，表现自我，并能锻炼听说的能力，以及在与同伴的互动中能相互学习。

教学目标
