最近你在班里就是否应该克隆动物进行了一次调查，结果如下表。你应邀给你校英语刊物写一篇短文说明你的调查结果，并表明你的看法。

1.一、思路点拨

1. 审题，确定写作体裁、时态和人称：

从题目要求可以看出，此处要求写一篇英语短文，表明对克隆动物的观点并说明理由，属于议论文；时态以一般现在时为主；人称以第三人称为主。

2. 确定文章结构：

根据调查报告的一般结构，本文应该分为三段：

第一段：引出讨论话题(已给出，即克隆动物) 第二段：写作主体，针对克隆动物给出两种不同的观点和理由

第三段：发表自己的观点并说明理由

3. 根据题目要求，归纳写作要点：

(1) 70%的学生持赞成态度；

(2) 赞成的理由：帮助科学家找到治疗人类疾病的方法，拯救濒危动物；

(3) 30%的学生持反对态度；

(4) 反对的理由：物种减少，抵抗疾病能力降低，对动物是不公平的、残酷的；

(5) 表明自己的观点并说明理由。

Recently a survey about whether animals should be cloned was conducted in our class. Different students have different opinions. Seventy percent of the students agree that cloning animals is beneficial. On the one hand, cloning animals may help medical science to produce cures for serious illnesses. On the other hand, by cloning animals, people can save the animals which are endangered. However, the others take an opposite side. They think cloning means there will be less

species and it can reduce their ability to resist some particular illnesses. In addition, cloning is unfair and cruel for animals.

As for me, I agree to the former idea. For one thing, by cloning scientists can get a large

number of animals used in various experiments; for another, it will contribute to keeping the balance of nature. 【点评】

这篇范文较好地完成了规定的写作任务：使用的语言正确、规范；要点完整；行文连贯。此外，本文恰到好处地使用了复合句、并列句和简单句，使得文章的结构错落有致，表现形式丰富多彩。另外，在句子之间较好地使用了过渡词语in addition，使句子的过渡显得非常自然。
