Enable the Ss to improve the reading ability and know some knowledge of cloning and debate about the advantages and disadvantages of cloning . Teaching important and difficult points :

Enable the Ss to master the procedures of cloning Dolly the sheep and challenge themselves to solve the difficult points while reading and have a debate. Teaching methods:

Individual or group work ,discussion and task-based method.

Fast reading and detailed reading . Teaching aids:

Revision of vocabularies of unit 2

Task1: What’s cloning ?

Task2: What’s the difference between natural clones and man-made clones? Put the pictures into correct box.
