（一）知识目标：

1.学生能理解课文内容，了解合理饮食的重要性。

2.学生掌握文中新单词及词组，能将文中两主角的饮食进行对比，并作出正确的判断。

3.学生初步接触a lot of, some, a little, a few几个表示数量的短语，有大致的概念。

（二）能力目标: 1.能理解并大致描述故事内容。

2.能有感情地朗读课文并描述自己的合理膳食。

教学重点: 1.对于新单词学生能达到三会，词组能熟练表达。

2.学生对于课文的理解。

教学难点: 1.新字词。

2.课文的朗读及理解。
