一、教学内容

二、教学目标

1、能在整体情境中理解story time的内容，能读懂课文并能复述。

2. 听得懂，会说，会读，会写a lot of, some, a little, a few, healthy, diet。

3. 进一步熟悉表示数量的词汇并巩固可数以及不可数名词。

4. 初步了解健康饮食的重要性以及学会利用营养金字塔来评价以及衡量自己以及他人的饮食健康情况并能提出合理建议。

三、教学重点

1.听得懂，会说，会读，会写a lot of, some, a little, a few, healthy, diet。

2.进一步熟悉表示数量的词汇并巩固可数以及不可数名词。

Step 1 Outside reading Step 2 Show the title: A healthy diet Step 3 Pre-Reading Free Talk. T: What do you like eating / drinking? S: I like eating...... T:I like eating, too. Look at my diet, For breakfast, I usually have some porridge(粥), an egg. For lunch and dinner, I always have a lot of rice, some vegetables, a few bananas, a little meat and fish .Is my diet healthy? (Learn: a lot of, some, a few, a little) Step 4 While-reading 1、Learn a healthy diet. T: Today, Let’s learn a healthy diet. Do you know what is a healthy diet? T: In fact, it’s according to a special form--Healthy Food Pyramid. Look at this healthy diet pyramid. What’s on the first floor? S: Rice, noodles.... T: Yes, in the pyramid, on the first floor, we can see a lot of rice, noodles and bread. Our body need a lot of them, they keep us healthy. And we eat them, we are not hungry, Right?(同理介绍其他几层) (on the second floor, a lot of vegetables, they also keep us healthy.) Play a game: Follow me 游戏规则：以球为准，谁接到球，就请以“I have some / a lot / a little / a few ...for...”说一个句子，接到球的人必须以“He/ She has...”的句型先复述一下前面一个人的话，然后再说出自己的饮食句子，所说的食物不能相同。接不上的人把球传回给老师，游戏结束。
