教学目标：

(一)知识目标：

1、学生能够听懂、会说、had,chocolate,stomach

ache,cold,headache,fever。

2、掌握动词have的过去式及它的用法（吃，喝，患病，有）。

3、学习常见的身体不适状况（stomachache,cold,headache,fever）的英文表达。

（二）能力目标：

能够正确描述他人和自己身体不适的状况。

（三）、情感态度目标：

1、引导学生养成良好的生活饮食卫生习惯，保持身体健康。

2、积极参与活动，和他人共同学习，合作并获得学习乐趣和学习成就感。

二、教学重难点：

（一）重点：1、能听懂、会读had,chocolate,stomachache,cold,headache,fever。

2、能理解和认读句子：

（1）He had …,so today he’s got…

（2）She had…,and today she’s got…

（二）难点：

学生能够在具体语境中正确运用所学句型描述自己和他人不适的状况。

三、教学方法：

在教学中，我采用“任务教学法、活动性教学法、直观教学法、情境交际法”等来完成教学任务。

五、教学过程：

Step1: warming-up Chant. 我有，我有： I have got = I`ve got 你有，你有： You have got = You`ve got 他有，他有： He has got = He`s got 她有，她有： She has got= She`s got 我们有： We have got = We`ve got 你们有： You have got = You`ve got 他们有： They have got = They`ve got Step 2: Lead-in 1.Show the picture of the watermelon. T:What’s this ?Do you like watermelon? I like it too, yesterday I had a watermeleon,做吃的动作，Yesterday,Daimg had two watermelons too. 出示，Daming 吃西瓜和图片，理解had是have吃的过去式。

Step 3: Text-learning 1.Show the picture of the chocolate. 出示，Sam 吃巧克力的图片，教学新单词chocolate. T：Because Daming had two watermelons,so today he’s got stomachache 做胃疼动作。出示图片，教学stomachache。

2.再出示Sam 胃疼的图片，学习句型he’s got stomachache.掌握he’s got =he has got. 3.出示Amy和Ｌingling感冒和发烧的图片，教学cold, fever,理解had患病的意思。

总结have,has 的过去式是had,而had 有吃和患病的意思。

Step4.Let’s chant. Cold, cold, she had a cold. Fever, fever, he had a fever. Headache, headache, she’s got a headache. Stomachache, stomachache, he’s got a stomachache.

Step5.Listen , read the text .听音纠音。

Step6.Game: １.Act and say: 分角色演课文内容。

２.Role play:装扮病人和医生进行景情对话。

Patient: I’ve got a stomachache.

Doctor:What did you have yesterday?

Patient: I had lots of apples yesterday. Don‘t worry.You’ll be all right.

Patient病人:Thank you very much.

Step7:homework 1.Listen and repeat for 5 times.
