You can do lots of things in English libraries. You can borrow books, videos and CDs. You can use the computers. You can do your home work. But you can’t talk to your friends.

整体设计思路

本课选自外研版《新标准英语》（供一年级起始）的第十册Module3 Unit2 You can use the computers.，这篇短文简单介绍了图书馆规则。《英语课程标准》中指出：二级目标的“听”中指出学生能借助图片、图像、手势听懂简单的话语或录音材料；“说”中指出学生能在教师的帮助和图片的提示下描述或讲述简单的小故事。“读”中指出学生能正确朗读所学故事或短文；“写”中指出学生能根据图片、词语或例句的提示，写出简短的语句。通过本课的学习学生将了解图书馆的纪律，并以此为例训练学生朗读的能力。

教学过程分为热身复习、读前感知内容、读中整体呈现和讲解、朗读练习、输出运用这五个阶段。热身复习中为阅读储备所需词汇和句型，最后在朗读练习活动中强化朗读输出，培养学生的语言运用能力。
