Language aims：Learn the new words, grasp four skills and the sentence structure “It’s a ……” 2.Language ability aims：to improve the students’ ability of communication and cooperation, as well as the expression and description, through the dialogue and the sentence structure. 3.Emotion aims： To motivate the students’ interest and make them active to learn English through the pictures. 4.Strategyaims：To learn to use how to describe the color of something and be able to use what they have learnt to express and communicate.

Analyzing about the lesson: For the students in Grade Three, they are English beginners, so I try to make the lesson and vivid interesting, use the objects, slide, games, song … and try to use the simple English in class, give them many chances to listen and practice saying.

Make it easy to say “do, cat, cap” and use the color to describe them.

Teaching important points: To learn and grasp : 1 The new words dog cat cap 2 The sentence structure “It’s a …”. Teaching difficult point: Be able to use the different colors to describe the different objects in life.

Teaching aids: Recorder, slide, card, objects.
