Step1. Warm-up

First,let`s do some revision.

出示单词卡片：father

mother

brother

sister

man

woman

出示句子：

Who’ that man/woman? He`s/She`s my father/mother. Step2.引导学生看图片，并进行讨论: Who are in the photo ? Zoom’s father and mother. Step3. 教学生词

actress,beautiful.

T: Point at the family tree. Who’ that woman?

S: She’s my mother.

T: Yeah. She’s beautiful!

T: You’re beautiful, too.

T teaches the pronunciation of beautiful.

T: Zoom’s mother is beautiful, too. Let’s watch the story now.

T: She is an actress! Do you know what’s the meaning of actress?

S: 演员。

T: 女演员。

Step4. 看图听录音，回答问题: Who is an actress ? Who is beautiful ? Why do you think so ? a.
