3. Broadcast the video of the game ‘What’s the time, Mr. Wolf?’
Then guide the students to play the traditional game.
4. Introduce some Chinese cartoon stars? And do you know them?
5. Learn the text a. Listen to the tape and answer ‘When is the Chinese cartoon Shaolin Kids on TV?’
b. Read and follow the tape.
6. Make sure that the students have understood the key feature of the text by asking two questions: 1. Does Sam like the Chinese cartoon Shaolin Kids very much? 2. Does Sam watch the carton Shaolin Kids at 8o’clock? And why? Then fill in the blank.
7. Help the students act out the dialogue in groups.
