Activity 1

Get to know the names of 12 months. T: Which is the first /… month of a year? Ss: January /….

【设计思路】按顺序询问诸如“Which month is the first/… month of a year?”之类的12个问题，来认知12个月份的英文名称

，并渗透从1到12的序数词的教学。

Activity 2

Chant.

Help Ss chant along the music.

【设计思路】让学生跟着音乐的节奏“chant”，一方面活跃课堂气氛，另一方面巩固月份名称的读音。

Have a competition between boys and girls.

【设计思路】精心设计问题，再次强化学生对月份的了解。

Activity 4

Learn the ordinal numbers from 1st to 31st and complete the calendar.

【设计思路】此环节突出对序数词的认知和运用。先让学生跟读1到12之间的序数词，发现规律并依照规律读出从13到31之间的序数词。然后完成12月份

的日历表，来检查学生对序数词简写的情况。最后，通过询问“What’s the date?”来检查学生对日期的读法。

Activity 5

Talk about birthdays.

【设计思路】借老师的微信截图入手，谈论老师的生日，接着询问“When is your birthday?”，立马进入主题。通过一系列师生之间，生生之间的自由交谈，反复操练，达到熟练掌握句型“My birthday is on…”的目的。最后，让学生在日历表中填写同学的生日，既达到了训练听力的目的，又为输出环节作了铺垫。

Step 3 Production （15分钟）

Make a birthday calendar in groups.

操作程序：

1. Watch a video about “How to make a birthday calendar in a group”. 2. Group work: ask and answer, fill in the birthday calendar.

3. Give a report according to the birthday calendar.

【设计思路】通过小组内互相询问生日，制作生日表这一活动，增加同学之间的了解，加深同学之间的友情，完成本堂课语言任务，达到本堂课情感目标。

◆ Homework Find out the rules of the ordinal numbers.

◆ Feedback 1. “Task”要在课件中展示，让学生读一读，明白本堂课的学习任务；

2. “Brainstorm”可以做成思维导图的模式；

3. “Competition”环节可以检查学生对单词的拼写；

4. “Groupwork”环节可以不用微课展示，让学生现场作示范即可。
