Book 8-- Unit4 Pygmalion Learning about language This section of learning is aimed at remembering and using the words and expressions in this unit according to different forms of exercises. I designed three teaching procedures to achieve this aim. Step1: Match the pictures with proper words By presenting the vivid pictures,ask the students to think of the words to match them. Step2: Complete the passage using the correct form of the words below. By offering the story passage related to the theme of this unit, let the students learn to use the words and phrases freely. Step3: Use the words and expressions given to make up a little story to further improve their ability to use the language. List seven words and one phrase, ask the students add more information to write a passage of 60-80 words. Let the students work in groups.
