Unit 2 Go straight on! 学情分析

本班共有49个学生,他们集体荣誉和竞争意识很强,且大都具备了一定的自主学习及合作学习的能力,但也有部分学生对英语学习兴趣有所下降,两极分化比较严重。所以英语教学要面向全体,以学生的发展为宗旨,始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位。

教学内容

本节课是Module 10的第二个单元,整个单元都是以有关rules的话题展开。第一单元讲述的是library rules,第二单元则是traffic rules,是第一单元rules 的延伸,它的实用性、社会性更强。在复习巩固祈使句的基础上,继续扩展学习使用祈使句发出指令或要求;能够遵守规章制度,执行指令,培养学生的综合能力。 教学目标

1.知识目标:学生掌握Stop! Don’t go! Go!It’s green now. Go straight on. 等语句

2.能力目标:学生学会口头运用Stop! Don’t go! Go!It’s green now.等语句发出指令。

3.情感目标:培养学生自觉遵守交通规则的习惯。

重点难点

1.重点:能听懂Don’t ride your bicycle here.这类指令。能口头运用Stop! Don’t go! Go!It’s green now.这类语句发出指令。

2.难点:本课是比较严肃的话题,要让学生既轻松又学到知识且能很好地运用是本课的一个难点。

教学方法

视听法、听说法、交际法。

教具准备

录音机、多媒体课件。

Teaching

steps Step 1. Warm-up

Greetings T: Good morning, boys and girls! Ss: Good morning, Teacher! T: See you again, I’m very happy. Are you happy? Ss: Yes, I am.

Step 2. Presentation 1. T shows traffic signs and traffic lights. Make students to answer the meanings. T: What are they? Ss: They are traffic signs. T: Where can you see them? Ss: We can them on roads. 2. Look, listen and say. (1). T(show the picture of A1 in PPT):Do you know what it means? Let’s listen to the tape. Listen to the tape to make students understand the context.

T: What traffice rules do you know? Say the sentences that you heard. (the whole class answer) T:Good job, boys and girls! You are very clever! Traffic lights are very important in traffic. Today we’ll talk about traffic rules. Let’s learn Module

2. Show the boy’s misbehaviors and then volunteers correct with imperative sentence. 3. Chant.
