一、教材分析

本模块介绍怎样描述一座城市或一处景物。本单元向我们介绍了伦敦是英国的首都、世界著名的大城市。伦敦历史悠久，名胜古迹众多，有许多著名的建筑物和旅游景点。

二、教学目标

1、知识目标

基本要求：基本能会说、会读、会写词汇：city/ ship/ beautiful/ whose/ queen close

学会London is a big city.

Whose house is it?

And it’s close to my house.

复习巩固：词汇about、big、small、tall、short及句型What’s this? It’s a book about…的句型。

2、能力目标

通过书本、调查等多种途径了解英国首都伦敦的风土人情、标志建筑等信息。收集相关文字和图片资料在课堂上进行交流和介绍。

3、情感目标

通过同学之间互相表述的过程，加强同学间了解，学会如何与他人相处的人际关系，从而提高学生口语交际能力。

三、教学重难点

学会运用Whose+人/物+is it? 来表示“它是谁的……”用来询问物品或者人物归谁所有，

学会运用所学的形容词对景物进行描述。

Step1 warm-up

1. Greetings

T: Good morning, boys and girls.

2. First let’s say the opposites

1. Show the title: Module 2 London Unit 1 London is a big city.

2. Listen and answer.

T: What is the book about?

Ss answer: It’s a book about London.
