Nice School, Big family! 课型

单词教学

本课围绕School wall newspapers这个主题,主要教学与校园生活有关的表达。Wonderland中有些单词学生比较熟悉,如uniform, wear, dining room, keep, because, quiet等。新词是agree, duty本课词组比较多,如:agree with, keep sth…., on duty, be quiet,go inside, in good shape, a bit, it’s lucky of you, once a month, get help等,可让学生用各种不同的句型、时态造句,或者让学生从这些词中选出几个连起来说一段话,既巩固了单词,又锻炼了学生的口语和写作能力。本单元Farmland教学中,继续学习用情态动词can/ can’t, must/ mustn’t, should 表达的句子,向他人表达可能、允许、劝告、命令等语气。

本单元中Grand Theatre的语言材料是以墙报的形式出现的4个文本,通过介绍自己学校及校园生活的情况,培养学生热爱学习、热爱学校的情感。在学习四篇短文的基础上,让学生新旧结合,用新学的知识和已有的知识积淀说出自己的话题语段。教学生用英语表达可能、表达职责、表达建议。同时要学生了解和遵守学校规章制度。

本单元Wonderland中的单词:uniform, wear, dining room, keep, because, quiet , 学生都已学过,重点让学生灵活运用这些单词。agree, duty 是新内容,单词的发音比较简单,重点放在单词的运用上。学生对校园生活比较熟悉,可以创设情境,让学生介绍自己学校及校园生活的情况,培养学生热爱学习、热爱学校的情感,并引导学生关注、关心、爱护我们学校和集体。

学情分析

教学对象是小学五年级学生,他们已经具备了基本的听说读写的能力,能在情境中运用所学单词、词组进行简单表达。对英语学习也有较浓厚的兴趣。大部分学生有良好的倾听、表达、阅读、书写的英语学习习惯。但大部分学生的英语语用只

停留在课堂,对英语语用的主动意识还不够。为了形成积极向上的学习氛围,我经常利用评价激励的方式提高学生学习兴趣和积极性。在设计教学内容时,我能设计适合本班学情的教学内容,尽量能利用多媒体制作精美课件,提高学生学习兴趣。并通过用心创编文本,尽量设计有关学生生活体验的内容,让学生在真切的语境中学习语言和运用语言,并感受英语学习趣味及内涵。

教学目标

一、知识与技能:

1. 听、说、读、写单词:uniform, wear, dining room, keep, because, quiet,agree, duty 并能在语境中运用单词和词组。

2. 初步感知带有情态动词can/ can’t, must, should的句子的句型结构和功能。

3. 学会用英语描述自己的学校,校园生活以及表达可能、职责、建议。
