Students are encouraged to adapt this conversation for a passage covering the aspects mentioned to introduce Xiamen. Process and Method

Students are able to find out how to introduce a city based on the classification of information heard. Emotions and Value This topic could arouse students’ interest in learning and activate their love to hometown which they take pride in.

Important and Difficult Points Students listen to the conversation and

get some information about Xiamen on different aspects so that they could realize how to write the introduction. Students could organize the information heard to retell with compete sentences and write a compete introduction to Xiamen. Students talk about their hometown in groups with the information given and then make a small oral presentation about Hanzhong.
