Step I. 复习热身

1. Sing a song.

T: Before class, let’s enjoy a song. If you can sing, please sing loudly. If you can’t, please do with it. OK?

(歌曲欣赏Seven Days,用节奏欢快的英语歌曲可以振奋学生的学习情绪,并且歌曲内容与本节课所学知识密切相关,也使学生对要学习的知识有了初步的了解,能引导学生很快进入英语学习状态。)

2. Play a game---True or false.

T: I want to know you more. Now let’s play a game——Listen and judge. If it is true, say “Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!”, if it is false, say “No! N o! N o!” Clear?

You often read books on weekends. (适当加汉语:强调阅读是个很棒的好习惯) (继续追问)T: Do you often read English story book?

T: This class we’ll read an English story book. It’s very interesting.

(通过有趣的游戏,让学生根据自己的实际情况进行简单回答,加深了师生间的了解,同时所提问的部分问题与本节课所学知识相关,即充分了解学生对已学知识的掌握情况,又为引导学生喜爱阅读埋下伏笔。)

Step II. 问题导入

Q1:What do you see? (课件展示《巴巴爸爸的学校》封面)

Q2:Why does Babapapa set up a new school? Do you know “set up”? (领读set up) (针对封面信息继续追问,我们有很多学校,为什么巴巴爸爸还要建立一个“新“学校?)

(在英语课堂中培养学生的问题意识同样十分重要,通过不断追问调动学生独立性思考,主动发现图片信息,尝试用英语进行表达。培养学生语用能力,并保持强烈的阅读好奇心。) Step III. 故事悦读。

1. Listen and find the answer.

Why does Ba bapapa set up a new school? Let’s listen and try to find the answer. (课件播放故事书第1至5页)

为减少难度,课件展示选项,与学生共同读出三个选项:

A. The students are very naughty.

B. The teacher runs out.

C. The parents have no way.

(在读三个选项时,根据学生读的情况,发现难点单词,并进行适当点拨。)针对选项B可做适度解释:

T: Oh, a poor teacher! Do you agree with them?

T: Maybe the students don’t like him, or his class. But t hey couldn’t throw at the teacher. I think t hey’d better give the teacher some advice. So I’m very luck y today. You are so nice to me.

(穿插对“孩子们把数学老师赶出教室”这件事的看法,适当进行正确引导,和老师如何进行更加有效的沟通)

2. Read and circle the answer.

T: What do the children do at Babapapa’s school?

(根据对故事的了解进一步提出问题,他们会在巴巴爸爸的学校做些什么呢?再次激发学生继续阅读的欲望。)

T: Now let’s read and circle the answers. Open your books. Please read from Page 6 to Page 13. Pay attention to the learning tip.

(要求学生独立阅读第6至13页,并圈出有用信息。阅读小提示,引导学生学会阅读,并了解一定的阅读小技巧,培养学生阅读能力)

3. Do a group work.

Everyone has got two word cards. Stick them on the paper. Choose a group to do on the blackboard.

(根据阅读以及圈划的情况,以小组为单位,通过卡片进行输出,选择一小组在黑板上完成任务,第一,便于观察学生在完成任务时的困难。第二,为下面的故事复述做准备)?

4. Check the answers and teach the new words.

Let’s look at the blackboard together. And check your answers.

E.g. On Mondays, they have music. They often sing and dance.

(检查答案的过程中,学生能读的不教,对于不熟练、不会读、不理解的单词,

做重点点拨,做到以学定教。)

5. Retell the part of the story.

T:Now, can you retell this part of the story? Retelling is a good way to learn English. The main words can help you. Try by yourselves.

(根据关键词进行复述是一种很重要的英语学习方法,在教给学生知识的同时,潜移默化的渗入学习方法的指导,这更有利于学生的终身发展。)

6. Listen and say.

Let’s listen to the story from the beginning and try to read together.

(整体听故事,并要求学生试着一起读,在听读的过程中,做到自然输出,这样的要求可能相对学生水平来说难度较低,但能保护更多学生阅读课外故事的自信。)

Step IV. 趣味巩固

1. Imagine and say.

T:Do you like this story? How many stars do you give it? They have nice school days. Now let’s imagine. What do they do on weekends?

(要求学生对故事进行真实评价,了解大家的故事的整体感受,同时,进行课外阅读的引领,多推荐几本英语故事或英语故事网站)

2. Ask and answer in pairs.

展示两组学生What do they do on weekends? Maybe they often-----

Step V. 反思验学

1. Make a book.

T:The children have fun at BBpp’s school. And they have fun on weekends. How about you?

Design your days of the week. (设计一周学习、生活)

可任选其一:

A. Design your favorite day.(设计或描述最喜欢的一天)

B. Design the days of the week.(设计或描述一周生活)

(设计有选择性的任务,学生可以根据所学内容,根据自己的喜好,完成制作自己的《一周生活》书)

2.提示制作小英语画书的三个步骤:

Step 1: Write the day of the week.

Step 2: Draw a picture about it .

Step 3: Make a book.

(这也是本节课学生的达标检测,检测学生能根据所学内容,写出多少真实的内容)
