技能目标: 1.会读，听懂并能拼写本课时中出现的词汇，能理解并识记重要词组和正确运用句型。

2.能认知几种宠物的名称及其典型特征，能够谈论自己喜欢的动物。

3.学习漫画部分的内容，并能和搭档表演对话。

情感目标：培养学生的爱心,激发学习的兴趣

Teaching procedures: Step one: Warm –up Questions: 1. Do you like animals?

3. What animal do you want to keep as a pet?

Step two: Welcome to the unit Task1: Enjoy some pictures of the animals, say something about different animals. Task 2: Talk about six animals in part A one by one. 1. Guess what the animal is! 2. What can you do with the rabbit/parrot…? Task3: Finish part B:
