一、教学内容

人教版四年级英语下册Unit4 What time is it ? Part B Let’s talk

二、学情分析

四年级的学生，他们接触英语有一年半的时间了，掌握了一些学习英语的方法，具备了一定的英语学习能力和兴趣。但在平时的课堂中主要侧重培养学生开口说英语的能力，而听力训练一直是教学中的弱点。因此需要教师在课堂上采用生动活泼，有效的教学手段来提高学生听英语的热情和自信。

三、教学目标：

(一）知识目标

1.能够听、说、认读本课时的主要句型:It’s…o’clock. It’s time for…It’s time to…

2.能理解

Hurry up! I’m ready.等短语的意义，并能够恰当地应用。

（二）能力目标

1.能够询问时间并给出正确的回答，如,What time is it? It’s 7 o’clock.

2. 能结合自己的情况用

It’s time for…”

It’s time to…”说出自己的日常活动。如,It’s time for English class. It’s time to go to school./get up .

（三）情感态度目标

培养学生养成守时，惜时的好习惯，学会合理安排自己的生活，学习时间。

四、教学重点难点：

重点：It’s time to…It’s time for…的正确运用。

难点：.区别It’s time to…和与It’s time for…

的用法。

五、教学辅助工具:多媒体课件、图片、人物头饰、时间头饰、语音教具和小礼品。

六、教学过程

Step 1 warm-up

1.Greeting

2.Sing a song:ten little fingers.(Ok, the whole class ,show me your fingers and follow me .) You all did a good job . (设计意图：

通过师生相互问候，歌曲导入，活跃了课堂气氛，使学生快速进入英语学习氛围。）

Step 2 Revision

1.Listen and choose.（Now, please touch your ear,we are practicing our ears . Listen and please tell me A or B )

课件出示不同的时间，学生听音并作出选择。

2. Play a game :谁的反应快

？

（

T: Now let’s play a game. Boys, when you see the blue word , stand up and say ;

Girls, when you see the red word, stand up and say. Let’s see who is quickly . Are you ready ?)

（1）快速出现不同的活动短语，让学生快速抢答。

(如：

breakfast ,lunch, dinner ,get up ,go home ,go to school,go to bed, music class , PE class , English class ,clean the classroom, clean the window, do homework,play football,read books... )

（2）Read the phrases together .

（设计意图：通过听录音，复习不同的时间，同时将全班分成两大组，利用学生的竞争意识去提高参与课堂活动的主动积极性，复习了所学的活动短语,也为下面的教学作铺垫。）

Step3 presentation

1.Watch ,listen and say

（1）Lead-in

教师出示时钟，然后问学生T：What time is it ? Ss: It’s …

教师接着说Oh, It’s ... o’clock . It’s time for our English class. Are you ready ? OK.Today we are continue to learn Unit2 What time is it ? 板书课题并带读。

（2）教师介绍自己的time table

: I get up at 6:00 . I eat breakfast at6:30 I go to school at7:00. What bout Mike’s timetable .Let’s go and see.

Talk about the pictures

教师出示课件T: Look at Picture One, where is Mike? At home or at school ?Can you guess what time is it?And It’s time to...让学生猜测并回答问题.

Look at picture two, what time is it? And It’s time to…

Look at picture three, is Mike still at home?

What time is it? And it’s time for…



Listen to the tape carefully, try to find out the answers.

Picture 1: It’s ______. It’s time to __________.

Picture 2: It’s ______. It’s time to __________.

Picture 3: It’s ______. It’s time for _________.

Check the answers together. 板书重点句子并带读,然后教师让学生们观察思考一下这两者的区别，让学生感知它们不一样在哪里。

（4）listen and repeat the dialogues.

(设计意图: 通过教师和学生一起讨论图片，预测他们讲些什么。培养学生观察能力和预测能力。让学生带着任务有目的地去听录音找出答案，检查学生在听力方面的掌握。)

Step 4 Practice

1.Listen and chant ( OK, Let’s listen and chant .)唱完后说Well done,boys and girls

6:25，6:25 It’s time to get up.

6:30，6:30 It’s time for breakfast.

7:30，7:30 It’s time to go to school.

4:00，4:00 It’s time for English class.

9:00，9:00 It’s time to go to bed.

(设计意图: 通过听一听,做一做，唱一唱，学生在放松的同时，进一步巩固了所学句型。同时将难点It’s time to... /It’s time for...渗透到琅琅上口的歌谣中，使学生印象更加深刻，提高学习效果。）

2.Listen and do （I say you do,understand ?)

（1）教师说句子全体学生做动作。如教师说：It’s 7：00．it’s time to get up.学生则做起床、穿衣服的动作。师说：It’s 7：30．it’s time to go to school．学生则做背书包、走路的动作...

...

（2）一名学生做动作，其他学生说出句子。

3.Listen and number(这个环节可以跟学生渗透听力策略和技巧，Ok, show me your exercise paper,before we listening what should we do ?听之前我们做什么，can you tell me ? 提问学生，Yes,read 学生看一会，教师接着说

we will listen two times . The first time just listen ,the second time number OK,Let’s begin ,听完后教师说

which group show me your number .叫5个学生一个说一句，read it one by one.

2.自己设计作息时间表，并在小组互相介绍。

3.Act out.

（设计意图：教师呈现一个时间思维导图，让学生一目了然，通过听音选择提高学生听力理解能力；通过自己设计作息时间表，并在小组内讨论，扩展巩固本课内容，把所学知识与现实生活联系起来，进一步深化听力训练，鼓励学生大胆地说和演，提高学生的英语综合运用的能力。）

Step6 Sum up

T：You all did a good job. Class , what do we learn today? Mike is late for English class, Mike迟到了,is that good? Of course not. Whatever we do, we should be on time and in time. Try to remember: Time is life.（设计意图: 培养学生严格的时间观念,养成守时、守纪的好习惯。）
