教学设计说明:
单元教学任务分析
牛津英语1AM2U3的教学主题是“我的朋友”。教材通过让学生学习有关描述人体外形特征的单词tall, short, fat 以及thin等,初步感受人体的外形特征,能简单进行合理描述;通过情景创设,引导学生能用He’s… She’s…句型对同学或朋友进行合理表述(是谁、怎样等)。此外,教材还期望通过游戏、儿歌等形式促使学生尝试运用本单元所学,并在学习交流的过程中,提高想学习兴趣,培养良好的学习习惯。
单元教学目标说明:
根据学生已具备的语言知识和语言技能,结合学生的生活实际,期望通过本单元的教学后,学生能进一步区分he和she的性别差异,能用tall, short, fat 以及thin简单区分或描述人物的外形特征;能在情景中进一步理解和运用He’s/ she’s ____. 句型;能整合所学(to be, can句型)来简单介绍自己的同学或朋友。通过学习,能学会观察他人,了解个人的不同外形特征,在作出适当描述的同时,体会学习带来的喜悦,进一步保有英语学习兴趣,养成良好的学习习惯。

本课时教学目标:
1. 在图片和情境中初步学习如下单词:classmate, tall, short, fat, thin,初步感受词形,掌握其音和义;
2. 在图片和情境中初步学习如下句型:He’s/She’s …(外形特征),既能适当区分其性别,又能描述其外貌特征;
3. 在情境中学会观察,了解同学不同的外形特征,不做小胖墩。

通过聆听Alice的介绍以及图片对比,学习第一组形容词tall---short。
利用已学的单词中相同音素的发音,辅助学生正确发音。
利用儿歌文本,操练新学,增加趣味。
联系实际,让男女生量身高,进行自由说话。
整体聆听,感受fat和thin的意思。
分步学习与操练thin,
注意其发音。
在儿歌中强化对两个单词意义的理解与发音。
