教学设计说明：

单元教学任务分析

牛津英语1AM2U3的教学主题是“我的朋友”。教材通过让学生学习有关描述人体外形特征的单词tall, short, fat 以及thin等，初步感受人体的外形特征，能简单进行合理描述；通过情景创设，引导学生能用He’s… She’s…句型对同学或朋友进行合理表述（是谁、怎样等）。此外，教材还期望通过游戏、儿歌等形式促使学生尝试运用本单元所学，并在学习交流的过程中，提高想学习兴趣，培养良好的学习习惯。

单元教学目标说明：

根据学生已具备的语言知识和语言技能，结合学生的生活实际，期望通过本单元的教学后，学生能进一步区分he和she的性别差异，能用tall, short, fat 以及thin简单区分或描述人物的外形特征；能在情景中进一步理解和运用He’s/ she’s ____. 句型；能整合所学（to be, can句型）来简单介绍自己的同学或朋友。通过学习，能学会观察他人，了解个人的不同外形特征，在作出适当描述的同时，体会学习带来的喜悦，进一步保有英语学习兴趣，养成良好的学习习惯。

本课时教学目标：

1. 在图片和情境中初步学习如下单词：classmate, tall, short, fat, thin，初步感受词形，掌握其音和义；

2. 在图片和情境中初步学习如下句型：He’s/She’s …（外形特征），既能适当区分其性别，又能描述其外貌特征；

3. 在情境中学会观察，了解同学不同的外形特征，不做小胖墩。

利用已学的单词中相同音素的发音，辅助学生正确发音。

利用儿歌文本，操练新学，增加趣味。

联系实际，让男女生量身高，进行自由说话。

整体聆听，感受fat和thin的意思。

分步学习与操练thin，

注意其发音。

在儿歌中强化对两个单词意义的理解与发音。
