难点：介绍自己的邀请函并用英文邀请朋友。

一、Warm up Free talk. What’s the date today？When’s your birthday ？复习序数词和日期的表达。

PPT问答练习，显示一些节假日，学生问答. 二、Presentation 1.PPT播放班级学生生日时的照片，导入本课的主题：Peter’s Orange party. 2.Talk about Peter. 通过填空复习Peter的生日日期和聚会举行时间. This is Peter. He’s ____ years old. He likes _______. It’s his favorite color. His birthday is coming. It’s on ___________. He wants to have a _________party. It’s an “_______” party. It’s special. He gets ready for his birthday party.

3.Peter的同学们收到了他的邀请函，大家都会带什么橘色的礼物呢？让学生想想自己如果去参加聚会的话，会准备什么样的礼物。

T: If Peter invites you to his party. What can you take with you? 4 播放flash，学生观看，了解故事内容。

5.让学生根据刚才的观察，说说Peter的同学带了什么橘色的东西，出示3种物品，让他们回答。学生用Jill has ...等来表达他们拥有的事物, 完成书本上的连线。
