Recycle 2 第一课时

一、课时内容

Read aloud是个阅读故事，猴子、鸭子、大象、鸟四种动物来到了果园，看到了许多水果。小鸟说可以摘到葡萄。大象说自己很高大，可以摘到香蕉。鸭子觉得自己矮小，可以摘到草莓。四种动物把自己摘到的水果放到一起，猴子认真地登记，发现没有香蕉了。大象因为喜欢香蕉，把香蕉独占了，同样喜欢香蕉的猴子可就不乐意了。整个故事涉及到了第三单元描述动物特征的句子：I’m big and tall. I’m short.第五单元学到的水果名称，以及表达对水果喜好的句子：I like bananas. 第四单元询问物品位置的句子：Where are the bananas? 还有第六单元的数字：thirteen, twenty. 一个小故事涵盖了四个单元的重点知识，为学生复习、整理、归纳学习过的知识提供了一个良好的范例。在教学中为学生设计了可以综合使用所学知识的话题情境，所以我把本故事改编成《猴子下山》，使学生能够自己灵活应用所学的知识来进行交流，提高他们的语言表达能力。

3. 能够正确理解故事的意义，正确朗读故事，并能表演故事。

六、教学过程

Step 1 Warm up 1.

Daily greetings. 2. Listen to a chant and sing it: Do you like grapes? Do you like grapes? They taste really good. DO you like oranges? No, but I should. Apples, watermelons, Strawberries, too- I like them all. How about you?

设计意图：本课时故事的中心话题是水果，因此以这首与水果相关的韵句开始课程，为本课时的重点内容学习服务。这首韵句中的主要句式为讨论对水果的好恶，为学生下一环节的讨论活动埋下了伏笔。

Step 2 Lead in 1.

Talk about with students: What fruit do you like? 2. Teacher: Now I know you like which kind of fruit. Do you know what fruit do monkeys like? Let students guess it and lead in the topic: The monkey who came down from the mountain Step 3 Presentation＆practice 1.

Show the PPT and talk with students: Where is it? Who is it? Then show the sentences: Wow！So much fruit. I will go to pick the fruit. Guide students to learn the story. 2.

Show the details of the story: The monkey starts to come down from the mountain. On the way to the orchard, it meets elephant, bird and duck. They go to pick the fruit together. 3.

If they want to arrive at the orchard, they must finish three tasks: a. Find the fruit. b. How much fruit can you find? c. Where is the fruit? 此三大任务的设计意图就是复习我们前面单元学过的重点单词和句子，如水果类，数字类，介词等单词，询问方位和数量等的句型。

Arrive at the Happy Orchard.

In this part, I will show the sentences of the story. Some of the sentences, I made some blanks for students to fill in. 此步骤的设计意图就是通过创设情境，回归原文。部分句子挖空让学生填，能发挥学生的想象力，说出更多的句子。可通过小组合作的形式完成，培养他们的团结合作精神和集体的力量。

Watch the video of the story twice. The first time, help them understand the story. The second time, listen and repeat. Learn to read it vividly. 6.

Read after the teacher. 7.

Answer the questions. What fruit does the monkey like? Where are the bananas? Who does like the bananas, too? 8. Prepare to role play in group. 9. Ask each group to play it in front of the class. 10.What can we learn from the story? Ask students to talk about it, then the teacher makes conclusions: Make use of your advantages to help others. And learn to share with others. Step 4 Homework Try to retell the story to your family.
