VII. Teaching Reflection

As far as this class is concerned, it is effective. I adopt Task-based approach to cultivate the students all-around abilities and skills. I try to stick to the theory Student-center and act as a director. Not only have the students improved their communication skills, but also they have built a positive emotion about the equal civil rights. In the meantime, they develop independent learning ability as well as cooperative learning ability and realize the happiness of teamwork.

However, there also remains something to improve. On one hand, I should have given the students more time to fulfill their tasks so that they can fully understand the reading passages; On the other hand, as for every task the students finish, I am supposed to give them proper comments so that they can get timely encouragement and inspiration. All in all, there is no perfect thing in the world. The regrets always inspire us forever to step on the way of becoming better.
