一、

学情分析(Students analysis)

(一)

基本情况

本学期本人担任四(1)的英语教学,四(1)班有51人。通过大半个学期的学习,学生基本能够掌握大部分的目标单词和目标句型,会读会拼写单词,大部分学生能够听懂Target和Story的对话,并且针对提问做出相应的回答,基本能适应到四年级的英语教学强度。但由于各种因素的影响,学生的发展参差不齐。有少数学生因为基础不好,学习很吃力学习兴趣提不起来而导致有上课分心或开小差的现象。而大部分学生因为对英语有着浓厚的兴趣,掌握知识点相对比较好。总体而言,学生在课堂上还保持着比较高的热情。

教材分析

本册是小学开设英语的第一学年的第一学期使用,本册教材具有以下几个特点:

1.注重学生语言运用能力的培养,突出语言的实践性和交际性,同时也突出语言的真实性和实用性。

2.注重学生学习兴趣的培养,以不同方式最大限度地激发学生的学习动机。

3.注重融合学科内容,加强学科之间的整合和渗透,让学生通过英语学习来获得其他学科的知识。

4.注重教材的灵活性和可操作性,以满足不同层次的学生的需求。

5.注重教学资料的配套,为学生提高良好的英语学习环境,帮助学生拓展自我发展的空间。

(三)

教学目的

激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养他们的学习英语的积极态度,使他们建立学习英语的自信心,勇于开口;培养学生一定的语感和良好的语言、语调,以及良好的学习习惯;使学生形成初步用英语进行简单日常交流的能力;能应付一般的书面测评。同时,培养学生的观察、记忆、思维和创造能力,适当介绍中西方文化,为学生的进一步学习奠定良好的基础。

二、教学内容(Teaching contents)

三、教学目标(Teaching objectives)

Read and say the target words. 2.

Use expertly the target expressions. 3.

Capable of listening, speaking and reading the words. 4. Capable of listening and reading the expressions. 5. Affect: (1) Develop teamwork spirit through group work and pair work. (2) Build up Ss’ interest in English through performance and games. Teaching keys: 1. Have Ss reviewed the target words. 2. Have Ss be able to express likes with “What day is it today? It’s……

What do you do on ……? I …… on ……/ and I’m…..”. 3.

Have Ss use the sentence pattern to communicate with their partners. Teaching difficulties: 1.

(Teaching procedure)

Step1: Warming-up: 1. Greeting.

2. Sing a song of Unit 3 Step 2: Presentation and games 1. Review Unit 3 My week 2.Ask Ss some questions. What day is it today? It’s…. What do you do on …? I ……. 3. Play a passing game. There are 7 cards with days and some activities. When the music begins, Ss pass the cards one by one, and when the music stop, who holds the cards who should come to the front and answer the questions. 4. Show the question “What are you doing?” and the words , Ss answer. 5. Play guessing games. Game 1, the letters will come one by one, and Ss guess what are the words. And try to tell me the answers. Game 2, there is a picture about somebody is doing something under some puzzles , Ss guess what she is or he is doing. To review the words of Unit 2, 7, 8. To review the expressions of “What are you doing? I’m…/What is she doing? She’s… / What is he doing? He’s…”

6. Show Ss a picture and ask some Ss to say something it. 7. Fill in the blank. 8. Read a dialogue and answer the questions. If the sentence is true write down “T”, if the sentence is false write down “F”. 9. Do the exercises. Step 3: Summary: Summarize what have learned in this class and review the words and sentence pattern. Step 4: Homework: 1.

Finish the paper. 2.

Read the words and sentences we review in this class.
