一、

教材分析

本课主要是让学生会读，会说，会写1-6月单词，以及在每个月份里的节日，且都是围绕“When is……?”

“It’s in……”展开教学活动的。

在这种情形下，我采用在反复操练对话中熟悉单词和句型，同时引出新的单词.

二、教学目标

1．能听、说、读、写1-6月份的名称并能书写其缩写形式。

2．能听、说、认读短语Tree Planting Day，Children’s Day ，singing contest ，school trip ，sports meet ，Easter party，May Day，Winter vacation，New Year’s Day, Mother's Day, Father’s Day.

3.能听说认读句型：When is Tree Planting Day? It’s in March.以及在真实的情境中去熟练运用这些句型。

4.创设学习情境，激发学生学习的热情和兴趣，提高学生学习的积极性和主动性，引导学生了解中西方共有的或特有的节日和风俗。

三、教学重难点

重点：能听、说、读、写1-6月份的名称并能书写其缩写形式。

难点：在真实的情境中去熟练运用这些单词和句型。

四、教具准备

多媒体课件，视频动画。

五、教学过程：

(1)Let’s sing：The twelve months.

（2）Show the calendar and ask : What month is it ? Ss : It’s February.

4.Game：Before and after Which month comes before April? Which month comes after April? 5.Group work: Ask and answer:Choose two pictures to practice with your partner. Eg:-When is Tree planting Day? -It’s in March.

6.Read and say :Tick or cross .Correct the names of the months when necessary. Step 3.Draw a mind map Show the Student’s mind map and introduce. Step 4.Consolidation and extension
